Loved it ! They are wonderful.I am a mother of a young girl and they treated her fantastic!! I cant say enough regarding how sweet and kind Christine, her mother, and Dennis were to my 7 year old. I mean as far as getting her a blanket and fixing a chair for her to rest in, while my nails were finished. Then going back and getting her another blanket to use as pillow (Dennis). My daughter was the first one finished so she had about 45 minutes wait time.They did a wonderful job on our nails. Everyone is kind and takes their time . You get pampered and its fabulous!!If you are debating a place to go, this is the place !! Make sure you got about a hour and a half, as there may be a bit of a wait prior to, and as i mentioned they take their time with each person. Probably best to make an appointment before going.

Foxy Nails saved my manicure after a different nail salon ruined them! I came in with an acrylic set that was cracked, bumpy, and painful from the butcher job done before. When I walked into Foxy Nails we were immediately welcomed. Christina was able to save my acrylic set and make my nails beautiful again!My mom also had a pedicure and said it was a great experience.Thank you!

Foxy nails is by far the best nail salon in town. They have the friendliest staff and make sure everyone feels comfortable. They are also very affordable. Molly is my nail tech and she is also very good at what she does, they all are!

I made an appointment with this salon as Dennis the owners husband suggested that I give them a try. My appointment was with Christina and after she began working on me, within 15 minutes I knew I was a regular, loyal customer. She does an impeccable job and is very engaged with me the entire time Im there. The shop is bright and clean. I have the dip powder done and there a million different colors to choose from. The prices are very reasonable. Every customer seems delighted with the job done by their technician. So happy to have found this great place and Christina!

Came here for the first time this week. Molly was my manicurist and the service & manicure was great!!! I would have rated it a 5 Star ...however NO ONE on staff was wearing a mask. Working this close with people the technicians should really be wearing mask, if for no other reason, out of concern for their customers & their health.

They are by far the best nail salon in town. They make you feel like family. All the nail techs are professional and are amazing at doing anything you ask of them. Its the cleanest nail salon too. I recommend them to anyone asking about nail services. They are the only salon I go to and trust that it will be high quality work I recieve.

I don’t ever leave reviews but I just feel like I need to. I have never been here before but I can honestly say they have my business. Andy did mine and he did an amazing job. He came in on his day off because they needed some help and he took his time and I think these are the best nails I have had in a very long time. I am very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Great place would recommend!! Very busy so I suggest appointment though. Was a bit of a wait but was given a very sincere apology for it. Will definitely come back! Only thing is I asked for matte and it started that way but my nails are shiny now :( but they still turned out looking great! Just wanted matte is all but overall best customer service Ive ever had at a nail solan. Very gentle people! 😊

I had my nails done by Molly. She was very nice and and I enjoyed my experience with her, I believe she may have been new. It took 2 hours to get my nails done though and I got the nextgen nails and they started peeling a week after and almost 2 weeks in they are popping up and one has popped off completely. The service was great but I feel the quality of their products is not..

Friendly atmosphere, super clean, willing to work with you to get you what you want. Very good quality, they look just as fresh four weeks later even though Im very rough on them.

I am new to the area and was looking for a new place to get my nails and pedicures done. I called at 3:30pm they are open until 6pm. They werent interested in a new client!!! Told me they were too booked!!! I bet there is a tech there that could have used the money! I have never been told we are just too busy! Especially in a small town. I found another salon that was more than happy to take my money and they did an awesome job and were very nice and professional over the phone!!! I am a good tipper too!!! I would never go to Foxy Nails whomever I spoke with on the phone was rude as well!!! You would think in a small town that they would at least be professional over the phone! I guess customer service isnt important at Foxy Nails! You are in the customer service industry but you sure dont practice it! So much for Southern Hospitality!!!

I have tried several places since I moved to this city. Not only did Michelle give the best gel manicure Ive had in a long time, but she also made me feel at home.The atmosphere was friendly. The shop was clean and organized. I finally feel like Ive found my nail salon.They also give customers a card so your tenth visit gets $10 off!I love this place and I cant wait to go back.

1st time getting my nails done here

Came in to get a full set. They came off the next day. I went back and they redid them for free but kinda told me i was lying and that they don’t just come off on their own when my friends watched him come of with ease

I came in from out of town and did not have time to get a pedicure before I left home. They got me right in an hour before closing after 2 other places told me they were to busy. Lucky me because this place did an awesome job and the staff was super friendly. Next time I am here in town I will be back for another pedicure.

I have been going to Foxy nails for almost 5 1/2 years and I am still so pleased with the service everytime, of course by now I am partial towards Michelle Lee because she’s been doing my nails for so long and always does an amazing job. I feel so at home at Foxy nails and I love the environment. The staff is always so friendly and kind and is always so willing to help you out when you really really need your nails done. I had one great experience here and so I went back and my second one was not too hot. I got the next gen like I always do and it was not applied to my whole nail. I have bald spots and they are peeling up and popping off in weird places but not completely. My hair is getting caught between the powdered nail and my natural nail and it hasnt even been two weeks yet. They are nice and friendly but my nails were not done properly this time and its kind of a bummer.

My friend and I had appointments here to have gel manicures. Their color selection was decent. Obviously being professional isnt too important with this field, but they really acted as if they could care less that they worked there.I noticed that the nail cutters and cuticle clippers were rusty. I got cut on my ring finger and it bled so she apologized. I have never had my finger cut at a salon before so it seemed like she was being careless. My friend had uneven nails when we left and some of them were at an angle.Definitely not the best. The price is great but we did not have a good experience.

My wife had a mani pedi here. The girls were more interested in talking to each other and food. That would be ok if they were able to multitask but they stopped working and looked at each other while they talked. Her visit was over 2-1/2 hours. The quality was not good... the whole nails were not painted. Her toes were regular polish and its bumpy. She will not be going back to this establishment. Waste of time and money.

BEWARE.....My sixteen year old niece and I came in to get a pedicure on 1/3/15. Mine was great. My niece ... not so much.The pedicurist cut my nieces great toe with the cuticle clippers. Now I understand that things happen and people make mistakes, but she never apologized. It was still bleeding when our pedicures were over. This, however, is not what upsets me the most. When I went to look at my nieces toes later on that evening, I noticed she still had old nail polish in the corner of her toes! She had opted for just clear polish but in the corners of her toes, you could clearly see remains of silver polish she came in with before her pedicure!Now as a pedicurist, I can understand you may make a mistake and cut someone, it happens, but it is your business to carefully look at peoples toes! In my opinion this is just pure laziness and unacceptable.As I said earlier my pedicure was great. I would avoid the short, thin, Asian woman at all costs!!

At first I was very pleased, but a couple of hours after I got my nails done one broke while I was putting on my shoes. Then last night one broke while I was picking a rather light item up off of a shelf after that another broke. Staff is very friendly but I wasnt pleased that my nexgen nails broke after a week and a half.

They did pedicure on men as well. I and my wife got pedicure done here and we really loved it. They did an awesome job and didnt make me uncomfortable and shy. They were just very friendly.

I drive almost an hour to foxxy nails because nobody in my area does nails like Michelle Hayes an Andy. They both take such care and are very meticulous. They care about thier customers 😊

Love Foxy Nails and the staff, the all do a great job... I get my nails filled in on my lunch break and they are always so eager to get me in and out in time to get back to work on time. I have even been in and out before in enough time to stop for coffee on the way back. :)

Beware! Cheap products!I have never had my nextGen nails doone so poorly. After years of excellent experience in another town, I moved to Cookeville and tried Foxy Nails. Within a week, my nails began lifting. By two weeks, six nails had completely popped off. Owner refused to redo nails for free, said it was normal for nextGen nails to do this and it was time to soak them off and redo them anyway. This is first time that has happened to me in years of nextGen nails experience. Poor products, poor customer service.
