Great store, great customer service. When I am looking for a hard to find or top of the line battery product this is where I go. Not cheap but that is the price you pay for quality.

Very helpful staff!!!Staying in town overnight on a road trip, my daughters Android went crazy. Stopped in and asked if they knew how to fix it. Can’t remember the blonde girls name unfortunately but she had my daughters phone working in less than 2 minutes (thus preventing me from having to buy a new one!) and when I asked what I owed her, she said “oh nothing, that’s just a common thing we take care of a lot. No big deal.” Customer service like that is a rare find these days. Thank you unknown blonde girl!

Dont take there word for a battery to replace your old one. They will sell you a battery that want fit and then want let you return it!!!! Bad Business

They do not use the OEM screens they say they do but they do not. I payed over 200 and it was only a 20 dollar screen they ordered you can tell by the black line all the way around the screen it’s supposed to be all screen!! Another thing is the front screen camera sucks!!! I don’t recommend this place. Only good thing was that the workers was friendly! Also screen went out 7 months after they put it in a month after the warranty ran out

I had bought a battery and it wasnt holding a charge, even after the battery testing good, they switched it out for me no problem since it was still under warranty. Oh my!! I was so very pleased with my experience. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I actually brought in two devices and they were both done in less than hour. The price was better than any where else too. Ive already told friends and family to give them a try when they need a repair.

Our local shop (Cookeville, TN) is the best. The folks there helped me figure out the correct battery setup for a UPS that had gone down at our little private church school when the online tool didnt pick the correct one and the UPS fritzed out. Excellent customer service and a great example of going the extra mile!

The store rep was extremely courteous, efficient and expedient...I only had to wait 30 minutes to get my phone back. I anticipated it would be hours...so I was very impressed! This was the cheapest place I found to repair my phone...So the above mentioned plus the price was EXCELLENT!

This place will only take old bulbs if you buy new ones. Not a place to take old bulbs unless you want to pay $1.25 per bulb. That was the price the owner quoted me. Great service otherwise.

My iPhone battery died in such a way that it kept saying it needed to be charged, but after days of charging, wouldn’t power up. I made an appointment on their website (which came with a $10 off coupon).At my appointment, Nate was very personable and explained to me all the potential issues the phone might be having in case the battery wasn’t the only/main issue. Luckily it was just the battery and Nate had the phone up and running in half an hour.The price was well worth the great service and having my phone running like new.

They had the battery I needed and it was a solid battery. I tried buying a cheaper equivalent powersports battery from advance auto and both I got were dead off the shelf. My truck had died in the lot of a restaurant. I called them after finally getting my truck to start and had a 20 min time crunch. I asked the guy on the phone to please get my dual batteries up front for me so it would be quick. They had two staff members ready with tools in hand to handle my request. Extremely quick and handles both batteries at the same time.I walked in. I paid. And they installed and even CLEANED my connectors with care. As in they did not just scrub the ends they went very through on the contacts. Awesome experience.

My experience at the store was very positive. Folks were helpful and polite. Order was ready upon my arrival (I placed the order online). The batteries were not cheap, but in fairness, they were name brand (Duracell) and not some Asian knockoffs. Would return in the future.

I am more than pleased with my experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs! Zack was awesome. He replaced the battery in my iPhone for me in under ten minutes and let me watch him during the process. I had mentioned to him that my other iPhone was having some issues and he offered to fix it for a very reasonable price! I brought it in later on that day and he also fixed it very quickly and let me watch this repair as well. My mom has a light magnifier she asked me to try and fix. I wasnt sure if it just needed batteries or a bulb as well, so I took it in to Batteries Plus Bulbs. This place is amazing! Zack worked on it for about 20 minutes. He cleaned it, and tried several solutions to get it working, but in the end, there was no way to fix it. Beware of using the online scheduling tool. I made an appointment yesterday at the Cookeville Tn store to have a battery replaced in my iPhone 7. I scheduled the appointment for 8:30 AM this morning. I received an appointment confirmation minutes later. I drove 45 minutes to the store only to be told that it may be up to two hours before he can get to it. Man behind the counter said he was by himself. NOT MY PROBLEM! Sounds like store personnel problem. But yet he took a walk in customers phone and proceeded to repair it. He said first come, first serve. My appointment was made yesterday! So apparently their schedule doesn’t mean anything to them. Well my time means something to me! THANKS FOR WASTING A GOOD PORTION OF IT!!!WHAT A JOKE!

Filled with gratitude! I went in at lunchtime to get a fix for my iPhone 6. Seems they had a run on busy while Dwight was eating his lunch. Dwight put his lunch away and he and his coworker cranked out the needs of everyone that entered the store with great efficiency, savvy tech advise, highest levels of customer service and were truly delightful to see operate such a great business. My needs were complicated but they gave me the best advise ever on my troublesome Apple product took my phone apart, fixed it in 5 minutes and refused to let me pay them or give a tip. I did not know they are like Radio Shack on steroids in all their capabilities. Never knew they could duplicate those complicated chip in key car keys..... I had to have a battery replace in my automobile this past Sunday. Ariel was the only person working at the time. She was very helpful, and handled herself well under pressure.

This was the only place we found the battery to our Nissan key control after the dealer says they no longer carry batteries and even looking at walmart and cvs with no success.

Motorcycle wouldn’t start today the battery was just a little over a year old, took it in and the girl said it tested weak (67 cca). I bought another One cause I needed to get my bike back on the road. I got almost 5 years out of the original one. We’ll see how this one gets rated.

Excellent service just excellent, I needed a replacement for my phone battery I was in and out in less than a minute.

This place is a huge money trap if you’re looking to replace your broken phone screen. Do your self a favor and go ten feet past the store to the other cell phone place, you’ll save over half of what these guys are charging. There is no sense in charging 150 bucks for a cracked screen, it would have been one thing if they would have charged me what they told me they were. Save your money and time, go somewhere else.
