Although I had a bit of a wait, the staff was extremely nice. I will return in a few months. I like that I get such good service even years after purchase .

Today I had an appointment with Beltone Hearing Aid Center in Cookeville, TN and had a very pleasing experience. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by their receptionist whose name I believe was Vonda. She greeted us with kindness and professionalism. We were introduced to Craig Conner the Hearing Instrument Specialist who interviewed me for a short time, then performed multiple hearing tests.Throughout our visit he was very professional and explained the results of my tests and recommended a plan of action to assist me to a life of better hearing. My wife, family and I are very grateful for his expertise in assisting us today. I should get my new hearing aids in about a week and a half and look forward to a more useful life. Thank you to these two professionals who represent Beltone. I look forward to working with them in the future.

I am very pleased with my experience at the Beltone Hearing Center in Cookeville, TN.When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by Vonda, the patient care coordinator. She was very courteous and clearly focused on my needs. Vonda was especially helpful in aiding me in setting my appointments and clearly communicating the dates and times. Thanks to her reminders I was never late or missed an appointment.Mr. Craig Conner was my Hearing Care practitioner. Mr. Conner was professional, knowledgeable, and he too was focused on my needs. He was patient and caring with me while working to diagnose my issues and determining how I could best improve my hearing. Based on Mr. Conner’s recommendation I decided to purchase new hearing aids. Once I receive my new hearing aids he worked with me in making adjustments in fit in settings. I am confident that we did everything possible to get the best results from my new hearing aids.I can now clearly hear my pastor during services. I can better participate in conversations in groups of people. My improved hearing allows me to more fully appreciate life and the joy a conversation with my friends and family. I highly recommend Mr. Conner and the Beltone Cookeville staff to anyone who needs to improve their hearing.Marie Mobley

I would constantly ask people to repeat what they said. With Beltone hearing aides I no longer do that. And can listen to my bible or music without bothering anyone. Bluetooth rules

My father recently purchased hearing aids from this location. We are over the moon with the results. He has had many hearing aids over the course of the past few years. No one can seem to get them fitted/calibrated correctly, as we hear feedback from them. This is the first time in years we havent had to make multiple repeat visits to have the hearing aids set up correctly.Obviously, Mr. Meadows is a gem and has earned a customer for life

I went with my grandmother and saw Mr. Meadows. I like calling him doc now because of how knowledgeable he was! Regardless, his care he showed in finding the right aids for her was over the top. I was referred to him by another satisfied customer I know well, but was still reluctant to have her go because she needs a lot of special attention. I was more than satisfied by the end of the visit with his professionalism. Great visit, clean facility and great care. It was almost like he was family. Before getting Beltone hearing aids, I went through two sets of Miracle Ear hearing aids that I very seldom wore because nothing sounded right, my balance was off and were very uncomfortable. In June of 2012, I got my first Beltone hearing aids and loved them from day one! I got my second set of Beltone hearing aids in June, 2016 and am still wearing them today – every single day. I hear great and they are so comfortable, I forget I have them in! Travis Meadows and Vonda Estrada make it an absolute pleasure to come in to get my hearing aids checked and cleaned.
