Had service in Baxter for 4 years. Always on time except in very bad weather. Helpful when I forgot and ran to take the trash can to the road. Any extras left w can were always taken.

This company is terrible. The people are unreasonable and completely rude. This review won’t change anything because like the company they run, garbage. It comes down to the root of the owner. I personally hope this place goes out of business

Ive been using this company for over a year for trash pickup. I havent had one problem. I believe I have only had to call once or twice for a question and every time I did the person I spoke to was pleasant and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company they have been awesome!

If you live in the county DO NOT use this company. They never answer the phone or have good customer service. The lady that might answer the phone is super rude. They claim to have lost one of my checks and wanted me to pay again. A month later that check they lost was cashed. The whole time the lady claimed it was my fault. By far the worst company in Putnam County.

They never come and pick up trash. No one answers when you call and if you go to the office, no one is there even during the business hours. Completely unprofessional

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYTheir customer service is beyond horrid. After I made an extra deposit to have my trash picked up at the top of my driveway, trash still wasnt picked up. I called and the woman in the office told me, We dont need you as a customer Simply atrocious!!!

Absolutely terrible. Rude staff. Lady who runs the office is just hateful and rude. Lost our check and then stopped picking up trash, then wanting us to pay again. definitely do not recommend.

We have had trash pickup service through Putnam County Sanitation Company for several years now. We haven’t had any problems to date. They are very consistent with weekly pickup and notify well in advance if the day will change due to holidays, etc.

Customer service is terrible, no communication. Only take checks then cash them late or lose them . Called and they had a woman working part time in the office she apologized saying she was sorting mail and still finding checks. Terrible way to run a business.

Between my wife and I we have called over 20 times and left numerous voicemails with no response. This company is highly negligent when it comes to setting up services with them. It has been over a two week span that it took to get them to answer their phones one time. The only reason to use them is that they are the only service providers for our area.

Weeks after setting up the service and payment we still have not gotten our cans and no one will return our calls

The company said we only pick up trash and not leaves in bags or small branch sticks that blow off trees. If there is every a storm, good luck finding somewhere to dispose of your leaves etc...

I did have service with them and it was ok...BUT then all of a sudden they picked up their can and stopped service. Trying to get ahold of them when their office hours are 8 am to 2 pm, IS REDICULOUS cause even during that time noone answers or returns your call!! On the off chance someone answers its a rude woman who doesnt want to hear how THEY lost my check so she hung up on me!!

Called for service, 2 days later returned call, snotty lady hung up on me.

Calls about a hundred times and gets ingnored
