Felt really judged by the therapists. I also feel as if they didnt take me seriously. If youre a part of the LGBT community, I strongly advise you dont go either. One therapist tried to argue with me about a loved ones gender identity during MY therapy session. Unprofessional and extremely biased.

I scheduled three appointments here, the first one went well and I really liked the lady I talked with. It was only answering questions for my insurance company, so I was excited to get to my next appointment. I scheduled two more appointments but they called soon after saying that they would have to reschedule one because the lady had a meeting. Which is fine. So I get to my first actual appointment today and they tell me Oh, I was about to call you. She will not be coming in today. We can reschedule your appointment, her next available day is December 9th.... Almost a month away! Now Im thinking about just going somewhere else.

I’ve been going to PG&L for almost 10 years. Over the bast 2 years it’s almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, I can NEVER get my prescriptions refilled on time, and get brushed off anytime I show up to ask questions (since they won’t answer the phone). I have resorted over the past 2 years to withhold taking medication on the weekends so that I could have a surplus to make up for the days (sometimes weeks) before I’m able to get them to refill anything. This doesn’t just happen every once and a while. This has happened every month, for 2 years. They must not seem to think that antidepressants are deemed necessary for someone with chronic major depression- that or they don’t care.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I was sent a certified letter from this office terminating me as a patient because of my incompetence as a patient, with them claiming I was a repeat no show no call to my appointments. Actually it’s this office that’s incompetent. I called each time I couldn’t make my appointment, no one EVER answers the phone or very rarely calls you back in a timely manner. The only way to get through to anyone is to physically walk in the door. I haven’t left multiple messages for my counselor over the last 3 weeks with ONE return call. I have reached out my phone and email with NO response. This type of care is absolutely inappropriate for a healthcare facility, a mental health facility at that. I have been without my meds for going on 3 weeks now and have been unable to get in touch with anyone to get an appointment. I will not be returning here. Please don’t waste your time.

I absolutely would never go here... I called all day to make an appointment no answer about 4:45 someone called back then said because I didn’t have my daughters insurance number she couldn’t schedule an appointment..I told her that it was a emergency and explained her surcumstance. She didn’t care they are all about money not helping children.... I even gave her my child’s ss number thanks for the help if your drs are as ingnorant as there receptionist no one needs to go there....

Not the best first visit you could have. Waited 1 hour to be seen and was never seen. Then had to leave. Wouldnt recommend if you need help quickly

I have never been to a more professional place, the staff is excellent and very experienced.
