I reached out to Chip this morning about a piece of glass that I needed cut. His customer service was awesome! He explained to me the difference between regular cut glass and tempered glass. Needless to say he cut the piece of glass that I needed right there on the spot. I recommend this establishment! great customer service, informative, quick, and affordable. Chip went above and beyond to help us out when our master bathroom window was broken by a bird.
