I want to let everyone know that they are selling spoiled baby back ribs. My wife and I purchased some and she went to cook them and as soon as she opened the pack, the smell of the spoiled meat stunk up our whole house. We called BJs and they refunded our money and we thought well maybe we just got a bad rack that particular day. Nope! Sure enough they were spoiled too. We brought them back and they refunded us yet again and stated that we arent the only ones this has happened to. What???? Then why would you continue to sell them? BJs you all are going to send somebody to the hospital, or worse, kill someone! Do better

First time there and they have so many nice things that I want. Picked up a package of (extra) sharp cheddar cheese to try that I needed for my mac-n-cheese😉..it was all gone in 15 minutes👌😋😋😂

A well stocked clean store... great selections. Rotisserie chicken 🐔 is very good. I would recommend this BJ location.

This is a full service BJ’s Wholesale Club. There is a gas station, an auto/tire center, they have a bakery and deli. There are shoes, clothing, outdoor furniture, seasonal items along with all the other regular items that BJ’s carries. The staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. There is easy access to the store and plenty of parking. The store is clean, organized and well stocked.

I wasnt going to say anything but I want to warn anybody trying to work here. First of all this establishment doesnt seem to care about potential employees time. I waited a hour for a interview that was scheduled. The manager Tom just flat out lied instead of taking the blame, saying he didnt know I was there. I dont understand how that was possible when I watched and heard the lady call you. Also I was offered a position just to be told that they dont think I can handle the position. Why was I offered it in the first place. Overall I felt robbed of my time. And a little discouraged. Thanks a lot Tom 😒

Shopped BJs Monday late afternoon, 6pm checkout at 8pm. The checkout was poor at best. Lined up all way to back of store and just three self check outs opened

The big lady at the gas station at bj’s didn’t want to serve us for gas she said it closes at 9:00pm and it was 8:50 and she said she couldn’t serve us I don’t recommend it at all very mean lady.

Absolutely the unfriendliest rudest bunch of employees. If you dont like your job quit. Some of those people have no right to work in the customer service field

We had to wait over 45 minutes to return something. Only 1 worker at desk and refused to call manager for customer. When checking out of store we ask the lady in front of some of the cash registers to call manager. A lady showed up who was not a manger and ask if she could help and that the manager would be there in a little bit. While explaining the problem to her; another employee called her and she left to attend them with my husband talking to her. She never said sorry, Ill be back or anything- she just left. This was before we checked out. She never came back and the manager never showed up . We decided to call the store and speak to manager but when it rang for services- no one answered the phone. We called several time with no one answering. I heave used this store for years but it is not the same quality as before.My husband wanted to just leave and leave the groceries where they were but I would not. Something needs to be done about the service desk and only one person when it gets overcrowded. I myself have stayed there in what seems to be forever with just one person and I have heard many irate customers while waiting. This was the second time we ask to speak to manager for something and no manager to appear. I dont know if they really called him (they didnt call on speaker) or not. We are really upset with the service and lack of help to report something.

BJs always provides good customer service, however the hours of opening was incorrect for Wednesday night, they closed at 9:00 instead of 10:00, on Google maps it said that they closed at 10:00. Other than that its a fantastic place to shop.

Best gas prices in area, worth the drive off of interstate.

Everything was fine until we checked out. The clerk insisted that we download the BJs app, just to get a 2.00 discount on some flavored water. It was awful ☹️. Finally, after holding up the line and being tortured by technology; another clerk gave us the discount without the app. Then I took the app off my phone. This should only be optional and not mandatory. The pressure for the store clerks to sell is too much!

Quality fresh meat is one of my decision to keep membership. Very clean store. The sample booths for food and merchandise introduces you to new products and the low gas prices makes up for the drive.

We went last sunday it was so crowded everyone were distance apart and we were happy to get what we needed in bulk and the price was right.

The associates on the floor was very nice and helpful. But only 1 cashier and no one came to help after waiting in line so long. They did not open another register.

The rest of the store is fine but the bakery and some of management need some serious fine tuning. All I wanted was to place a bakery order. Online and instore show completely different inventory. I called the bakery for 3 days after going in person one day and no one was there to place an order and they NEVER picked up the phone. A manager had to go back there and the shipment I was told would be in that day was sold out in 2 hours. How?

Ive been very disappointed lately for the lack of variety of products they offer. Ive been a member for many years and really considering not renewing my membership and instead traveling 24 mile to shop at Costco. I hope things improve.

This place is marvelous!! You can use their own coupons, plus they will except one other coupon on the same item..WOW!! what a savings for us..thank you!! See you soon..AGAIN!!

Just visited today to get a few things for my husband’s shop. I was shocked that they had actually moved things around in the store making it harder to get what was needed. At a time such as this when we need to avoid personal contact, it is making people have to remain in the store longer to find what they came to get. Some of the things I needed were actually on the opposite sides of the store. I had to literally go up and down every isle until I found what I needed. Very frustrating visit.

What are we doing up here? This Staff is the laziest and slowest ive ever seen. 6 other customers and i havent moved in 30 minutes... I mean its not that hard, were only returning 1 item for another. Why am i paying for a membership??

Like it says wholesale. Bulk items for small prices. I usually get diapers and wipes. Other items such as food, electronics, paper products and clothing, etc can be found here also

When I first walked through the store I thought wow this is great, I will be able to save a lot of money. After doing price comparisons at Walmart and Amazon I realized BJS is actually a lot more expensive. It seems they use a marketing gimmick making people think just because they get a lot or multiple things that its cheaper. In reality when I compared prices by the piece, pound, or once Walmart and Amazon was actually a lot less expensive. So for me I dont think I will be going back.

Today was a little touching because of the customer service. I usually enjoy coming here. The customer service was a little off. Typically I grab bulk items from BJS. But if customer service going to be horrible I will go back to shopping at my local Sams.

Awesome trip! I had tons of store coupons and saved a great deal over grocery store prices even Walmart pricing! I had 3 huge full carts after checking out & they had no problems locating someone to help me get it all to the car & help load it all up as well. Everyone was very friendly and I even enjoyed multiple samples along the way. Have been shopping here for decades now & rarely ever need to go to the grocery store. Plus I earn cash & get lower gas prices than anywhere else. Cant beat it! I highly recommend it!

The staff at the conyers store are awesome I went in the store after having problems with a online item the assistant manager came and helped me out with a great attitude. Every time I go in there sthe staff is very helpful

Usually my experience at BJs (Conyers) is exceptionally good. My experience at the tire shop today changed my perception.Tire shop has horrible customer service. I went in for a rotation and balance and no one was around. I waited for approximately 10-15 minutes before calling the store for assistance. They attempted to find the employee but had no luck. Once the employee arrived he barely spoke and then took approximately 2 hours to complete the rotation and balance. I will add there were no other customers when I arrived.

I just renewed my membership today and as I stand here in line (10 minutes already) I am asking myself did I just make a BIG MISTAKE?🤔Theres only ONE cashier working and this line is 8 ppl deep behind me and 3 carts DEEP ip. This is awful.

I love the fact that it is closer to us than Sams but it is a pain to find someone to help you. Ive never had a bad experience necessarily. Its just they are painfully understaffed. I tried to place an order for the cake today. We waited for 20 mins. The polite gentleman in the deli paged someone several times. I ended up filling the form out and he took it. I tried to call back to see if anyone was in the bakery to ensure they got it. Surprise, no one answered. I guess I will go to Wal-Mart and order a cake. I can however say, Julie in optical is AMAZING!!! She is always super helpful and sweet!

Good food item choices

BJS is a great place to shop for items in bulk, as you get good deals, especially in household goods. It also has grocery items in bulk, which is particularly great if preparing for a party. Gas prices are usually the best in the area.

The folks in the tire center are the best! The downside of this place is if you ever have to return or exchange something, pack a lunch. Customer service is horribly slow (but friendly).

This feels like what North Korea would build if you described a Costco to them. Many items were missing price tags. The price tags themselves were very confusing, including information that wasnt needed and not including helpful information. Additionally they all had an arrow pointing down, I get it, you put the tags on top of the items, if you do that for every single thing in the entire store do you really need to put the arrows on each tag? The selection was lacking, especially in fresh produce. We left with only a handful of things and later cancelled our membership.

Guy named Les was acting too much.. shaking his head when I asked to check price for an item having no tags. Later after I scanned all my items I was waiting for almost 3-5 mins for someone to un block coupon box.. same guy was look at the assistant lights on for almost 3-5 he looks and keep talking to two other ladies. Finally I decided to stair at him and he came to correct the system.

Busy place the cake was moist and fresh!

Looks like a typical warehouse store upon entry and they have a lot of inventory. They also provide arrows to associate prices. The reason for three stars is that they have some coupons that dont have the associated product in stock (i.e. Mens Dove Lotion).Its also pretty empty in there. So plenty of room to explore and take your time making shopping decisions.Employees are polite enough and will help if you ask. Check out was easy enough, although their POS system has a bit more steps than most. For instance paying with a credit card, you have to remember to press the pay with credit/debit option.Overall a good shopping experience.

The man in the front didnt speak he just looked at me on the way in. I spoke. But It was cool until check out.. 2 lines open 1 line just closed.. NO CUSTOMERS in 2 lines. So I thinking of just going to the first one. Mind you I have 8 cases of water on a pallet and 3 small items and Im 4foot 10 inches tall, so you know how hurt Im feeling by just pulling the dang flat bed?! So as Im approaching check out I turn my heavy flat bed towards check out around a shelf in the middle of the floor I couldnt see the other side, fyi there is an employee walking My direction and get this a cart on the other side of the shelf and get this too.... he didnt even warn me or try to get it out the way.. so i slowed my flatbed down backed it up and turned the other way... so i see 3 young ladies at three registers . 1 just finishing up her last customer and her light was out.. so of course she is closed. The lady on her left was there talking with her and the customer so since she was closest and since my load was heavy I went to her line... As i approach she glances at me and walks away. Then she grabs paper towels some spray and looks at me again. Im in her lane and she still doesnt say NOT 1 WORD TO ME. Im chillin because I work in retail and I actually like it and I actually like to see others do it and do it well or right but I also like to see the bad and learn what not to do and give my feed back with surveys and things like this Google place thing. But Im venting because not only was I tired from work I had all those waters. Anyway the other young lady was on the right she looks at me and notices Im looking at the young lady behind her whos register I was at. I see her look at me as well then looks back at the girl and she stated I can come to her line. SO I PULLED MY CART AGAIN PUSHED IT AGAIN IN ANOTHER LINE!!!! She was great though told me the took coupons. When I left the man at the door didnt say a word to me again but he was taking to this elderly couple when I was approaching..Idk.. only good interaction was with my check out lady. #364306

When everything is in stock, BJS offers a better variety food products and coupons than Sams.

We love BJS we have 10 people going on a camping trip BJS makes it much easier to shop for the many. The rewards are awesome also.

Worst experience ever. The manager is rude to her associates and punishes them for things that rude members lie about. There were wonderful associates there and she never took the time to acknowledge them. Now the store is horrible without the wonderful associates that were respectful of their customers and believed in fairness.

Wish we had a Sams Club in Conyers. Purchased a can of lump crab meat. Got home....opened the can 😧😧😷😷 the smell was horrible. It had a sell by date of 2020. There must be a problem with their seafood refrigerator section. There was a lady returning salmon that was bad also. No more canned crab meat for me. Oh, I was able to get a full refund. 👍👍UPDATE: Decided to return. BIG MISTAKE!!! Purchased some ribs. When I got home I opened the package to separate and put in freezer bags. Smelled SO BAD!!! NO MORE BJ!!

Well, hoping to get at least 10 cents cheaper per gallon of regular gasoline on my way here (BJs) passing Food Mart on my way at $2.529 per gallon and after arriving at BJs, the price on sign read $2.519. Drove by Kroger and saw $2.559 and $2.459 with card. What is the point of my BJs membership again?
