Mr. Covington did a service for my parents in July and will not give them the documents they need to send to their realtor. My mother has called him several times since July. It is now December and he still has not sent the information. Very unprofessional. Do not use this man. Send them the information or give them their money back.

I was very impressed with Mr. Terence Covington and Prime Remediation and Mold. The quotes I was getting from other vendors were extremely high. Not only was the price affordable from Mr. Covington but the work was excellent and professionally done. My tenant was very pleased with his services. After completing the job, he can back to make sure the mold did not come back. He is now in my contact list for other services as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Prime Remediation was used to take care of an extensive black mold issue within our basement due to continuous water leaks from the outside. They were able to accurately assess the issue and suggest the right solutions for the problem.Prime Remediation used a safe mold removal treatment that eliminated the black mold and sealed the basement to prevent future leaking into our basement. They also cleared and cleaned our crawl space and thoroughly covered it with a thick plastic to eliminate moisture from coming from the ground.Prime Remediation did a very thorough job and made our home a safer place to live.

Terrance did a great job on my home! I had walls and ceiling downstairs that needed to be replaced due to a major water leak in my home. Terrance repaired walls, fixtures, floors and more! He also provided the best prices! There wasnt a thing he didnt know or couldnt handle; he made me and my family feel secure with his work and he was extremely professional! I would highly recommend him!

I guess you get what you pay for. Was supposed to remediate mold identified in our shower. Had to replace some tile on bottom wall and floor. Sloppy work replacing tile. Grout is darker than original grout so does not look good. And on top of that he cracked three of my original tiles in the process. Promised he would come back and regrout the floor and seal cracks. Several missed appointments have now just turned into completely ignoring my calls and texts. This process which should have only taken a couple of weeks tops is now going on five months. Wish I had went to a professional company....
