My 1st time going there was good everything went smooth. The second time, The guy with dreads and another with hair cut lightskin went in my wallet and took my $102. I worked hard for it and they will never find peace. I asked them everyone was leaving going to there car and driving off. Its a bad place will never recommend anyone.

This place has gone down hill when it comes to service. All you see is a bunch of people walking around. Avoiding work definitely dont get propane. the last two times Ive come here to fill up. its taking 30 minutes.

Wait time was extensive. Only 2 employees working on a Saturday. One outside and only one to handle lots of customers. At least he was nice 👍🏽

Ive been a fan of U- Haul for many years, often times referring my family and friends to the company, that ends now!I recently went to this location to rent a truck to move. When we arrived the lady behind the counter was not pleasant, she was more worried about the calls she needed to make instead of the customers standing before her.When I received a copy of my charges I noticed a charge of 14.00 that I didnt authorize for something called safe move.I questioned the lady behind the counter and she says you said yes. I explained to her that I was speaking to my husband and it shouldve been apparent that I wasnt responding to her because my back was turned. She says well its too late now as your card has already been charged for this plus the rental and other items. Wow!The next day we arrived to return the truck and a young man comes up to the truck and starts reading the mileage and inspecting the truck, I was doing a self check in. The young man walks up to my car and says you owe 235.00 WHAT???? So I asked him for what, he says the truck rental, I explained to him that Id already paid for the rental the day before, he says its a pending charge, I said yes, Im aware but why do I need swipe my card again, he says for the rental and you went 30 miles over. Seeing that Im getting no where with him explaining why I walked up to the door and ask another associate to explain to me whats going on. She says its for the rental. I explained that Ive already paid for the rental and all I expected to be charged was for the extra mileage, she says thats not how it works. She says they charge you for the rental in advance then when you return the truck you pay again!!! Im confused. In told her that wasnt explained to me, she says its in the contract and WE DONT HAVE TO EXPLAIN NOTHING TO YOU! Wait what!!! She says and the rental is late. I said maam its late because Ive been standing here for almost 45 min, she says fine Ill take off the 20.00 late fee but youll need to pay 166.00 before leaving. At this point I realized Im not getting anywhere with this, I swipe my card and leave. I call customer service and was on hold for about 30 min without anyone answering, I hung up.On Tuesday I notice another charge from them for 32.00 and change.I called back to customer service and was on hold for 40 min before handing up.I cant get answers as to why I was charged this additional money, and if I dispute the charge Ill be inconvenienced with a card cancellation. The fact that you pay twice is ridiculous, not to mention that what they advertise isnt at all what I recieved. I cant ever recall paying twice. If its its a pending transaction once you submit it to the bank they process it, done. Why hold up my money for 3 to 5 business days with another transaction. Moving is difficult and tedious. Sadly this experience with them made it that much worse!U-Haul you lost me as a customer, and I wont be referring anyone else!

I visited this location twice in 2 days. During the first visit, the wait time was very lengthy. When I reached an employee, I discussed my displeasure with my pick-up location being changed 14 hours before my scheduled time. The alternate location did not have a rental ready for me. So, in this store, a very nice young lady (Isis - Im sorry if I didnt spell that correctly) apologized and confirmed that I would definitely have a rental available the following morning.During my second visit the following day, there was absolutely no wait. However, it took 20 minutes for a young man to locate the keys to the rental I was assigned. When I returned the rental, later in the day, the staff member that assisted me was on his cell phone during my check-in having a completely different conversation. He interacted very little with me at all. When he told me my final balance, he was still on speaker phone with someone else.Overall, I accomplished what I needed to during my visits to this location. However, it appeared that the staff assigned to work outside had no urgency in responding to customers, nor were their customer service skills as great as staff inside the location.

I went to rent a truck to move small load while standing there the man took 15 minutes to put in imformation because he kept leaving computer to help someone else ,,,,I kept asking how much longer do I have to stand here before i get a truck .....he wouldnt even answer me then finally I went outside to get it it was a van not a pickup like I had reserved..pathetic service....upon returning it they told me I didnt put enough gas in it.....the gas guage was exactly where it was when i got it ,,,,so uhaul ram it up

Very good experience JD is so thorough I felt absolutely safe for a long haul drive from Georgia to Florida. The customer service lady that completed my contract, Sidney, was brilliant ! I would absolutely recommend this depot to anyone needing U-Haul, top marks to this U-Haul crew!

I love the staff. But if you wanna see what hell is like rent from them. The third floor is supposed to be climate controlled but it’s too hot 🥵. I was about to pass out twice. I’m moving my things. I cannot take the heat.

Need more people in office wait time just to check out moving supplies not to rent a truck took forever because i had to wait on someone who was trying to rent a truck. The lady was nice and doing her job very well she took care of us it just seemed to make her busy jumbling 2 things at once.

The manager Matt is rude and uncaring. I am a disabled Senior and he treated me with complete disrespect and treated me like it was a personal attack. I went to rent a truck 2 days ago and even though my bill is paid in full from my last rental Matt has personally put a hold on my file. When I called to find out whats going on, it turns out Matt has accused me of transporting livestock (chickens) in the back of the moving truck that was returned to his location. First of all the chickens were transported in my van that was towed behind the truck on a car carrier. How stupid is he? The truck was locked so how did he even look inside of the back of my truck when I was holding the key? Did he pick the lock? Then I will have him charged with breaking and entering! I would never transport any living, breathing animal or plant back there. I have a bit more sense than that. Apparently Matt doesnt have much sense at all. If I did do that then he should have called the Humane Society and reported me. I will deal with him myself now. Just be careful when dealing with Matt especially if you are disabled. He just doesnt know how to treat us. Whether hes afraid of us or just doesnt approve of us I have no idea? Just be very careful!!!Its been 3 months since the truck was returned, everything is fine with U-Haul the company, just not with one person, Matt.

Jeremy has no idea what the company policies are. He gives out incorrect information and then lies to you about even talking to you once he realizes he was wrong about the policies. Do yourself a favor and dont deal with these idiots.

Always have to wait too long to get propane tanks refilled or the propane machine not working if youy need propane in a timely manner this is not a good spot for fill ups.

Ok so this was my very first time using a uhaul for moving keep in mind Im new to everything about towing, so as I go to this particular uhaul I walk in and speak to the manager about my arrangements, after getting all of my paperwork I was told to go outside and to wait for the worker to hook my truck up to the trailer, ok so while waiting on the worker he arrives shortly and meets me by the trailers after he gets the trailer close to my tow he slams the uhaul into my tow, then the guy gets the impression that this may not work so he gets a tool and another tow, ok like I mentioned earlier Im new to uhaul, but the way this guy came over to my truck to the tow on was unreal, of first of all the worker strips my tow mixing up parts then he finally hooks the trailer to my truck, after that I pulled off. The very next day while returning the uhaul I noticed that the chains on the uhaul was still ONLY hooked to the trailer its self as I thought it should be. While driving down the highway I felt a tug from the back as usual as I thought it was the weight from the uhaul trailer like it should kinda tug a little but this one tug was to hard while driving down the highway the trailer pops off the tow and send the trailer flying into another lane hiring and damaging my truck my bumper and back tailgate was banged up from the accident but the real thing is that I was so scared just having that thing just pop on me and having it hit me and just lay there in the highway it really made me say no to ever renting a trailer from uhaul again and when the trailer was returned back the manager tried to blame me for the trailer, then I got told to file a claim I filed the claim and followed with the process, but NO ONE is looking into my case or anything to help the damage done to my vehicle from their trailer and then these guys billed me for 2 days REALLY GUYS so no I do not recommend anyone to go here oh and one more thing FILE A POLICE REPORT ASAP AND TAKE PICTURES , because I have a feeling I have to go in further and get the police/ authorities involved

I have been renting trucks and trailers for a longtime, usually I rented from others companies; last Friday I diced to rent a trailer from uhaul at this location, it was my worst decision... Bad, very bad service at moment to receive the equipment and worst when I was returning it; they put in paperwork a wrong code, when I returned they were trying to do something trying to make look like I was responsible of their bad work. Between receiving and returning the trailer I loose almost 2 hours, that procedure takes just a few minutes in others companies. I hope do not need to rent NOTHING at uhaul again.

I drove out for my 10AM appointment for a trailer hitch install only to find the installer would not be there until 1. I had talked to them just the day before to make sure I was not wasting my time. Good at taking the appointment, not so good at keeping it. I would not recommenced this business.

When I rented my unit I was told there was an upcharge because it was a climate controlled storage unit. I distinctly remember the guy telling me that. Three years later I went to get my furniture out of storage, and it had been molded over. A 35 year old, well made solid wood bedroom suit completely ruined. There were also spiders and rat feces on my boxes.Then once I got my stuff out I realized there were fleas on my property (probably from the rats). When I discussed this with the GM, she said my unit was NOT climate controlled. The upcharge was for a first floor unit. She apologized that her agent told me that. She did nothing to try to make it right, and politely told me that I was out of luck. She claimed she had never heard anyone complain about rodents, even though there was a rat trap in my unit. I have pictures showing the damage and rat feces. Do NOT EVER store anything in this facilty.

What lazy people work there. Stoped by to pick up some propane for my buffer machine. I was there 10 min ONLY CUSTOMER 5 people working at U-hal. Two people asked me if I need propane I said yes, No-one helped me. Poor service. I was going there for over 10 years. Will find different place to take my business.

This use to be my favorite location for years. Its under management and the service has gone down hill! No signs of even showing they care about there mistakes or customer service. This is a bad representation of Uhaul business practice. Will definitely shift my business to a different location.Sincerely,A Uhaul customer for over 15 years

Made reservation on Wednesday for a pick up truck and trailer. Went to pick it up and Uhaul tells me in need to pay $1500 to hook the trailer to the pick up truck. I was not inform of the extra cost of the hook up. This is not the first time I had problems with Uhaul the (suck big time), so I went to Home Depot to rent a truck. I paid less money at Home Depot to move something less than 15 miles.

I will never use Uhaul again. Corporate is a freaking joke. And Matt at Uhaul at 1150 Dogwood Drive is the most arrogant rude person ive ever met. BBB will get a report. As well as a nice little letter to the President of Uhaul for allowing rude people to work there. 800 go uhaul started the whole mess.Never use Uhaul.. Go Budget!!

DISASTER DEALING WITH THESE FOLKS. THEY GOT EVERYTHING WRONG AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE MY FAMILY STRANDED OVER 300 MILES FROM HOME. ONLY WHEN I GOT MAD AND LOUD DID THEY DO THEIR JOB. AS LONG AS I WAS NICE THEY WERE GOING TO DO NOTHING BUT SAY IM SORRY BUT.... THEY WERE EVEN GOING TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR THE RESERVATION THEY SCREWED UP AND I COULDNT USE! AFTER THREE HOURS AND ME TELLING THEM I WASNT GOING AWAY DID THEY GET ME ONE. TWO EXITS DOWN. ABOUT 5 MINUTES AND IT TOOK THEM THREE HOURS! ALL THEY WANTED WAS FOR ME TO SETTLE FOR THEIR EXCUSES GET CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I COULDNT USE AND GO AWAY! BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. THIS IS THE FIRST PLACE IVE SEEN THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS AS THOUGH THEY DONT MATTER AND THE CUSTOMER IS WRONG EVEN WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT MADE THE MISTAKE. THEY HUNG UP ON ME, LIED TO ME ABOUT CALLING BACK OR SENDING EMAIL OR TEXT AND SHOWED NO INTREST IN SOLVING THE SITUATION THEY CREATED BY ENTERING THE WRONG INFORMATION UNTIL I GOT LOUD AND RUDE. RUINED MY DAY NOT BECAUSE THE RESERVATION WAS WRONG BUT BY THE WAY I WAS GETTING THE RUNAROUND AND THE LACK OF CONCERN TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
