So I had been having my mom come up here to file my taxes for a couple years while I was away in college. Everything seemed fine up until last years filing. I called the office to get myself and my husbands taxes done remotely because I still was not in the area. My taxes get done and then things get sticky. I was told that I owe state taxes but in order to get into the irs website to pay you’ll need your AGI for that year. So I text the manager who I had been corresponding with and ask if she could just send me of all the paperwork that you would normally get when you file taxes in person.... I NEVER RECEIVED ANY OF THE PAPERWORK. Fast forward a year later which is around now, I receive a letter in the mail from the irs saying that “my tax preparer prepared inaccurate tax returns”. So now I’m completely confused and I have nothing to reference because she never sent me the paperwork. I text her the letter personally to see if there’s any way that she can give me any insight on what their referring to. I also at this point once again ask for the paperwork. Her response was “give me a call around noon I will explain this and I can do your return with no problem”. I couldn’t believe the arrogance in thinking that I would allow you to do any of our taxes again when we’re still having issues from the prior year. Not to mention my husband never received the state check that they said would come in the mail. I end up having to converse with her again because in order for my husbands and I to file together we needed his agi. I was able to get mines through ordering a transcript directly from the irs a few months prior. I text her once again just to see if she’d be kind enough to give me my husbands agi so that I wouldn’t have to wait the 5-10 business days to receive it from the irs. She tells me that she can do our taxes for us and that his information is not available... At this point I’m completely over this company and can’t believe how unprofessional things have been. On top of the ridiculous prices that they charge to file. I definitely won’t be back and don’t plan on referring anyone to come. If I’m gonna have issues with the irs it’ll be off of something I did myself and not because of someone I paid almost 1k to do it for me because at the end of the day it is my responsibility. Don’t recommend.

Very professional, from the moment I walked in the building I was taken care of. The staff was very knowledgeable and polite, made sure that I was able to get the most money for all my taxes. From the time I filed until the day I received my check, Global Tax Services communication was great, they answered any question I had at any time of the day> 10/10 service. I will recommend them to all of my family members and anyone reading this post. PLUS THEY DO GIVEAWAYS!!!! They really care about us as a people.

This place is awful they keep your refund. They dont return your calls and they avoid you. The people are so unprofessional. If you want your refund its best not to come here. Not only that they rip you off.

This was my first and last time going here to file my taxes. The people are very rude. They also charge almost 500 just to file. It took me to curse someone out to get my referral fee which they didnt wont to give my money. Then they lied and said i owed the IRS so i wouldnt be getting a state tax, come to find out they lied. DO NOT GO THERE NEXT YEAR!!!

I wish I could give no stars....they rates are very very expensive and they tell you one rate and basically take your money....I was charged almost $1,000 to file regular taxes I never ever been charged that much and then they said $425 after reaching out to the CEO Kay for help I was only giving lies and threats of a lawsuit if I didn’t take my review down....PLEASE DONT GO HERE

Visited the one in Covington Gaafter taking a chance and letting someone else do my taxes other than myself just so I could possibly get the advance but unfortunately did not for unknown reasons well upon looking over my papers my address is wrong on my state papers but right on my federal SMH so now dealing with changing it through the state so my check does not get lost in the mail because they dont like doing direct deposit because stuff just gets mixed up. Also coming to find out they are charging more than HR block and Jackson Hewitt......$494 is ALOT to type the wrong information in the computer...Praying I do not get flagged or Audited over some elses careless mistake....
