This current tax season was my first time having more than one type of tax return. Typically I file my taxes online on my own. I went to ATC Income Tax because I had heard their advertisement on the radio. I usually do my own but decided to try this company. Everything was going well until she said my fees totaled $575. I couldnt believe how high the fees were she said that they have their fees and the bank has fees. Although the representative was good I decided not to file through this company.

So I have to revise my earlier review Im really disappointed in how they handled the error that they made with my taxes! I never got the opportunity to say I didnt want to file my taxes. I went solely because I needed the loan and was told I can find out if Im approved and we still dont have to file my taxes if I chose not to take the loan. I never would have paid 600 dollars to file my taxes just to get 300 dollars! Not only was that not true they submitted my taxes before they completed my taxes so now Im not about not going to get back less then I should I have to do a amendment later and wait longer for money I should be getting now. The owner was suppose to call me and instead of him calling me he had a rude lady call me who had no clue what she was even calling me for!! Although the girl who did our taxes was very pleasant Im still not satisfied with this service. I definitely enjoyed small talk but mostly the fact she was very knowledgeable about taxes and was able to assist with the needs that I had!
