When I purchased my home, an above ground pool was on the property and not a week later, my yard was flooded. Cool Pools ordered a liner and came out and did a fantastic job; making sure my ground was ready to put down the liner and this included an extra trip for them! And y’all, I don’t live close to the business. The two gentlemen were polite, efficient, and did an amazing job! They made sure I knew how to operate all of the pool supplies and maintenance before leaving!

Brandon and his team with Cool Pools are PHENOMENAL!! We purchased a pool on June 8th and another pool installation company was referred to us (Pro Line Installations). We contacted them on June 10th and they scheduled us for the week of July 15th. Long story short, after this four week wait they ghosted on us. Your can see my full review on them on Google Reviews. Thankfully, we found Brandon and Cool Pools through Home Advisor! We called him and he responded in a reasonable amount of time. He explained his process and price and gave us a date as to when he could get the job done. I asked him how long hed been in this business and how many times hed done this type of installation. He has over a decade of experience and is very knowledgeable in the area of above ground pools. He followed through with his communication every time he said he would. We called him on Wednesday, July 17th and explained that our pool was supposed to be installed that week by the other company but they didnt do what they said they said they would. Brandon was sympathetic of our plight. He started the grading and prepping of our site that Thursday (July 18th) and by Friday, the 19th, we had our pool installed and ready for the deck to be built starting the following Monday!
