I had to find another groomer for my baby girl unexpectedly. Im always very cautious who handles her. But she had an amazing experience. They did a phenomenal job with her.

I went in yesterday about 5;30 by myself to look at fish and talked to a girl working in the fish And told her I’m going to eat dinner and I’m coming back to buy some fish, she said ok no problem we close at 9 I said I’ll be back at 8. I get there at 8 then the girl turned off the lights to the tanks and by this time I had my kids with me she proceeded to tell me I don’t do anything at 8 with the fish and started becoming rude and snotty in front of my kids. I literally had to call the manager at the store because she refuse to turn the lights back on and refused to get the Manager because she didn’t want to do her job but I was there to buy those fish and wasn’t leaving until I did, but it turned out to be an argument in front of my kids I should Have been able to come there and do a great experience with my kids but we got an argument instead and other customers were in shock but they still got the their fish and so did I.

Quick in-and-out no-hassle. Aside from the fact that animals are in here, it is a really clean and spacious store. Always friendly people to see and speak with if you get the chance.

Long story short Tiara ruined my dogs experience @ grooming salon. Put my Yorkie mix n system as aggressive but never communicated this to me. I had to call the store since I cdnt book online store manager booked her another appointment. 1 day before the appointment they called to tell me a different groomer called out for the next day. My pooch picked up on tiaras energy n dogs dont lie. I truly believe my dog was traumitized by tiara. After taking her to snellville she did better but when it was time to trim her face n ears she went crazy n I believe thats when she was mistreated previously @ Conyers location. I had to pick her up early they cdnt even finish her cut. Alicia was great @ snellville she consoled my pooch n comforted her she tried her best to accomodate my pooch. After picking her up I was refered to a personal groomer as PetSmart is too fast paced for my dog . Whatever tiara did @ Conyers it made my dogs fears worse. I was told to bring my dog back so they could finish but I wont be using PetSmart anymore its traumitizing for her

The only reason it gets any stars at all is the lovely women who helped us but all our fish died from Ick within days. Truly sad. Also had a dead hamster in the display cages with others still.

If you are unemployed PetSmart needs help. Line was to the back wall with one cashier. The one cashier called for help and it took over 15 minutes for a second cashier to show up. Also, why does grooming not ring out their own customers? This would also help reduce the checkout wait time.

The sales representative Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about leopard geckos. We was able to walk us through setting up enclosures for our two new geckos. Extremely nice!

This review is for the grooming not the store,Today I took my 5 month old Boston terrier to really just get her nails trimmed, but I got the $15 puppy package. Her vet charges $10 so I was like mine as well pay $5 extra so she can have a good bath and all the other add ons. When I walked in, the employees had NO personality at all and were not very loving or friendly toward my puppy or myself. They asked for her shot records, which I gave them a paper that clearly states she has had her rabies vaccination. The lady tells me she still has to call her vet and verify. Okay, fine whatever floats your boat. Then, she tells me my total due is $22 or $23. I told her I had the $15 package. She told me they added nail grinding because she’s a puppy but that’s not what I wanted. So I asked if they could just cut her nails instead of the nail grinding. They got an attitude and told me because she’s a puppy they don’t know if they can trim her nails because they are so small, but her vet had no problem trimming them before. Long story short, we will not be back because of the employees. I will either take her to her vet or somewhere else from now on. Her fur was shiny and she smelled so good but I want someone friendly to handle my fur baby.

Very clean and pet friendly and ur pets are welcome to come in the store with u. I love the fact that it has a vet hospital and a grooming in the store.

I will never bring my dog to this location...I ran into get my dogs face trim, thats all I needed..it was 4 ppl in the salon doing nothing. The young woman told me well were about to start closing up so were actually closed..it wasnt 6:00 & its 4 ppl sitting around just looking @ each other. No Im sorry or anything

May 2 2021 was unbelievable. As I watch the female in the fish area continue to talk a couple out of a fish. My husband and I also left. We talked to the couple outside and suggested another fish store in Athens and Covington. I thought Petsmart had more professional employees than this

Looking for new members for my family, Turtles

In the area and wanted to stop to get dog food and WOW! Does anyone do inventory for this store? Barely anything on the shelves...Walked in expecting to get a 45lb bag of dog food no carts for the customers. When asked if there were any carts around or set aside the young lady said no...there all outside in the cart returns. Really?? Anyone going to work? I hope the management sees this post and corrects the issues.

Nice atmosphere is nice and calming. They also have a animal hospital attached to the building and a receptionist to take appointments, which means you cannot just walk in when ever you please. The have a room dedicated for grooming as well. You can find animals such as snakes, hamsters, fish, cats, rats, gerbils, birds, lizards, and guinea pigs here.

Im not please with my fur baby hair cut today, for almost $80 he should have looked like he was stepping out of the pet boutique on Hollywood Boulevard!! Instead he looks like something my grandmother did in her backyard!! My thing is, if you know you cant do something dont attempt it! And the groomer that chopped up my Charlie should neeeever!! Work on Maltese.I will not take him back there..She reported him trying to run from her when it was time for his bath, maybe he felt what was about to happen, and she should have told me about this bad haircut and prepared me for the shock...A tip for this groomer....1. Dont take on more than you can handle.2. Dont be afraid to say Im not skilled enough to do this

This time when I called and they told me they had what I wanted, they actually did. Although I must mention the two other times, when I got there, they didnt have what I was told would be there. I really like to shop in my own community if I can. But I often have to shop at petsmart in Conyers, which is not to far.

The staff is friendly and they were stocked with the food we were in need of for our furbabies.

People are pretty respectful of distance, but the pets not so much. But who cares. Always a friendly and courteous staff around the help, and the adopt a kitty section always has free swipes if you walk close enough to the bars.

Employee came over to help out find a proper harness for one of my dogs. Line was moved through quickly.

The staff at this location is amazing!! I have been going there for 2.5 years and not a bad visit yet. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you out with anything you need. The cashiers are always smiling and striking up a conversation with you with is a wonderful feeling. 5 stars all the way for the mangers and workers at this store, they strive for perfection.

No notice... but I was 20 mins late for my grooming appointment and you would have thought I called the team member out her name after she discovered I was 20 minutes late. Twenty mins? Im so freaking angry! I DROVE 30 MINUTES to be turned away! I thought you would have at least given me a courtsey reminder. Never again.

Staff was very friendly very easy to talk to. Knew new a lot about the breed I was looking for information on. store was very clean. they were out of stock on a lot of things. I found this to be the case at a lot of different pet stores so I do not fault them for that.

I used to love this store. But lately, the store seems very run down. Not sure if its due to covid or staff. They barely had any fish and the ones they did were dead and left in the tank. I think Ill have to make the McDonough location my new choice.

Was a little disorganized. Looked understaffed. They had one register open with no less than a dozen customers waiting to check out. And with folks trying to keep six feet distancing because of covid-19, the line extended pretty far back into the store.

Phones just ringing off the hook, do anybody work here? I placed an online order to this location yesterday evening and calling today to see if my order ready b4 I make the drive to Conyers, I shouldve read the reviews b4 I ordered from them. Ill go back to PetCo, they BETTER anyways. Wont be back here again!!!! I never used them for grooming so I cant say nothing at all about them!!!!!

Hands down Heather is the best groomer at this location. My little pup always looks super handsome and happy when he leaves from getting his hair did! He has so much fun visiting ms. heather.

They are a great places to take my dog. Daisy. Sometimes they are so busy they see me a little past appointment time. But not near as bad a people doctors are. Daisy always gets to pick out a toy each visit.

Well I have had no problems with grooming by Heather, Tiana is also great by what I see when I’m there. However my last appointment Dezhane serviced my puppy and let me just say he was half wet, still dirty not to mention dropped him off at 9am went to hone goods and got a call about 20 minutes later saying he was done. When I mention that he still looked dirty Dezhane responded “whatever!” Just rude never experienced that there before. She has poor customer service and a bad attitude. We will never get service with her ever again!!

Always a long wait for someone to help you, and there pricing is always extremely to high. I have a 3lb Yorkie and the still charge damn near $60 just for a trim & bath, and there hospital OMG! Though the roof for pets so I indefinitely stopped taking my pets there we only go for fish now and thats it. There customer service sucks as well, and soon as you walk in your greeted with lots on pet hair at the front door.

I chose the location in Conyers GA because my other locations that I normally use could not accommodate my pet. I chose a bath and nail grind. When I entered the store it looked like a location that was closing. It was dirty and the shelves look empty. That should have been my first clue. I finally get into the salon (15 minute wait) and Im refused service. They said the sanitary trim that comes with a bath would not fit my pets needs. Im okay with this, if he needs a cut then fine. The part that threw me off was the young lady said they had ALOT of cancellations for that day. So, Im thinking if they have ALOT of cancellations, then my pet should be okay for the cut. Its only 10am and that is plenty of time to complete his service. She says she needs to ask the Salon Manager. She returns and says the Salon Manager said no and to reschedule for a hair cut. Im bewildered. I just drove 35 minutes to get here and you have cancellations so why am I being rescheduled? She reschedules my appointment but by the time I make it home and review the appointment on the PetsMart App, its been cancelled???? This location has no idea about how to provide good customer service. Ill be sticking to other locations in McDonough, Stockbridge, Fayetteville.

Pet grass price was displayed as $1.50 and rang up as $7.99. Cashier said that its not supposed to be marked as $1.50 and said that that she could not change the price and was quite rude about it. False advertising and rudeness will get Pet Smart nothing except for me shopping elsewhere for the hundreds of dollars in cat food that we purchase every month.

It was absolutely terrible! We went today with our yorkie and they charged $85 and did an absolute horrible job! The trimmed him all wrong and it looks terrible. The groomers do not know how to handle dogs at all! Especially not energetic puppies!!! They cut our dog and he has a slash on his neck. His haircut is uneven, his nails are not filed, they were extremely rude! We will NEVER come back here and we highly suggest others to not trust them with their fur babies!!!

Last time I was at this restaurant I had the worst time gator bites were tough and the swamp thing regular was the same as the large but I was charge differently. So this time I was hesitant going with friends. Our server was awesome. This is supposed to be Papa deux.

Great customer service very nice people quick in and out

I have had to take my pet to the vet at Petsmart a few times over the pat month. The Banfield there is great! However the Petsmart bathrooms are horrible! The same poop stains were there the entire month and there was never soap, tissue, or paper towels. If this is how they treat their work, I would hate to see the parts of the store where customers dont see.

The staff is friendly & helpful. I can always find what I need for all my fur babies. I have some that require prescription food, & I’m grateful that the store carries a good supply. This store is a bit out of my way, & I don’t go that direction too often, but when I do, I know that I will get what I need from people that have a genuine care for our furry family.

Love this petsmart market. They have so many different things in their store and our dog loves their treats they have. We also bought a snake here and they were very helpful in educating us on how to take care of it. The customer service is OUTSTANDING AND AWESOME.
