Supposedly I am on their VIP Program but as of Sept. 1st. Don’t believe them that any of their customers are very important! Been with this company almost a year as a new customer. My technician Austin has been very deligent in trying to use his knowledge to eradicate the infestation of German cockroaches. Austin is a newer technician so I believe that he could use someone’s advice from management.. I reached out to upper management and a technician named James was to visit on Aug. 31st between 12-2. I removed cabinet drawers, counter items, etc. again like previous weeks. James, however did not show up! He did not call! Nothing! I had left my resident with my 4 month old grandson anticipating spraying. Removed my dog from the home. Rearranged my life for the 8 th time .This infestation had been treated by Active weekly/ monthly since June of 2021. 4 months.

Did everything but check attic for droppings, torn up insulation and dead animals after removing exclusion. Also did not check for same in crawl space. The estimator that came out did do it for a price quote but the techs did not.Was going to use them for their complete pest control package but now searching for a more reliable and honest company.

Jeff is the man! Searched every inch of our house and in our crawl space. Got us set up with the exact program we needed and made some great recommendations for the house in the future! Strongly recommend!

I have been an active pest control customer for almost 2 years now. We were having FLEA and Mosquitoes issues REALLY BAD, even my animals were becoming very sick. We signed up for the monthly mosquito treatment , initially our service REP stopped by and treated our yard every 10 days for the first few months. Now we are on the monthly maintenance plan and couldnt be happier. During the real hard heavy rains we might need a respray and our REP gladly comes and resprays our yard. There service and customer service is amazing!!!! YES, their mosquito spray also treats FLEAS!!! We also have their termite prevention service, our stations are serviced every 3 months and to date, we have not had any issues. You just cant go wrong with Active Pest Control

Today I received mosquito and pest control services on both the interior and exterior of my home. The Active Pest Control representative that provided my services was most professional, patient and thorough with the provision of our services.

They did a really great professional job. They did the initial visit then come back aboutt a month later for the follow up the problem was already solved then but after the follow up treatment it was definitely solved id say that they r damn good at what they do

Active Pest control offers trustworthy customer service. I would not speak on behalf of the people I don’t know, but through personal relationships I know for sure that they have some outstanding employees of proven character. Mike G and Chad B are 2 that have shown this to be true to us.

I have to give them 2 stars because they do have customer service reps who answer the phone and are polite, but they would receive 0 stars from me for their pest control services.Be forewarned that they will charge you an early cancellation fee even in the event you are cancelling because they cant do their job properly. I was simply not willing to put my young childrens health at risk by allowing them to continue to re-treat despite previous failures.As background so you can judge for yourself, I have lived in 3 houses in the southeast over the past 5 years and have never had issues with Palmettos being inside the house. However, after having Active treat my new and completely vacant house they were not able to establish an effective barrier to keep them out. I have now had 3 cockroaches, all upstairs, in the span of a month (and trust me we dont have cardboard or food present upstairs, nor is there anything in our attic besides insulation and the HVAC unit). The service tech is in and out so fast on every occasion that I can tell they are not providing a thorough preventative treatment. (They cant even be bothered to open the sticky traps to set in the garage to prevent spiders from entering). I have had great pest control services in the past and this is not one of them. I will gladly be paying more money to someone who can do the job properly.

Had an unexpected emergency when replacing the wood around my garage. Called Active and was so shocked when they were able to come out the same day! Jeff was so professional and helpful while I panicked at the thought of termites eating away at my home. Was able to work things out to get rid of those darn termites before things got out of control!

Im a Realtor and Appraiser. I hate bugs and rodents. I have been using Active Pest Control since Feb 2016 and love their service. Did I say I hate bugs. :) So I purchased the V.I.P. package which includes monthly pest, termite, mosquito and ant pile treatment within a radius of our home. Our first treatment included the entire inside as well. I can have them treat the inside and outside every month or as many times as I like, but the outside is sufficient monthly for us with occasional inside treatments. Chad has been a blessing to see and speak with monthly when he come out to treat. He addresses any issue we have like the spiders that attempted to take over our carport. I havent seen them anymore. The whole staff has been very professional no matter who I speak with. Ive recommended them to my clients and friends. I recommend them to anyone. I have no complaints as Actives staff and services have been Great!!!

Have only had one bad experience with Active about a year ago but Active quickly addressed the issue and handled it very professionally. Decided to keep their service and so glad we did. I am a first time customer and was told by the Conyers location that I couldnt use my Groupon coupon because I had live termites. Was told that I would have to pay the $599 fee to have the termites treated first. I read the fine print and it stated that the coupon was for first time customers and it didnt state that the coupon wouldnt cover a live infestation. The receptionist totally contradicted what the coupon stated. I became a little leary once she contradicted what the coupon stated; therefore, I decided to seek services with a more reputable company.

Since Mr. Brown has been back. My faith has been restored in Active as pest control company.
