2 male Associates were on the register checking customers out while two other male guys sat on the end of counter near the registers i’m not sure if they were associates because no one was in uniform and they both had on slides with socks.Honey the Supervisors kept asking for help in the balloons department, I’m not sure who was asking for help but she stated several times to the guys that she needed assistance with blowing up the balloons no one came to help a 20 minute wait turned into a 45 minute wait because no one was listening to the manager on duty.The balloon line was longer than the checkout line,at one point the checkout line was empty snd the guys was just standing around talking.I suggest Party City hire a Manager the associates respect or hire respectable associates....

The ladies were wonderful & friendly! My daughter loved her balloon!

UPDATE: Someone must have read my review while Im here, I am happy to say the music is gone! Thank you! Adding 3 more stars! 😁I get that yall are short staffed and I understand the long wait but the music BLARING from the overhead speakers was very nerve wracking in the crowded store. The music was good just too loud thru the tinny sounding speakers. Consider turning it down a couple notches.

Its not okay your employees are too stoned and too busy talking about getting stoned to do their jobs. Its also not okay none of them know how to do returns...or maybe they were just too stoned to do it. Ive used this location for years,first time Ive ever had a problem happen. And first time Ive ever been charged twice.

Clearly these are children, their friends were up there, the young lady was having a FULL conversation on speaker phone about a party, mind you customers are waiting to be checked out, a lady interrupted their gathering and askedexcuse me, can I be rung up please! Very helpful staff! But limited in costumes and makeup. If you are looking for professional, or even semi-professional makeup, dont go here. Good for kid costumes and novelties, but a bit pricey. But the store is well-organized and the staff were awesome at trying to help me and navigate the store.

Party city is a place to go if you want all you party needs met. Aside from not all stores carrying the same thing, leading you to have to visit a few at a time, its fun. My daughter is having her first 10 year old birthday party, french themed. So I had to travel to find everything I needed. Amazon was amazing.

Maybe its the season and the pandemic, I usually find everything I need, then some, this time, was different, I needed a gold cake cirgulars or squares, you were out,there was two sales people, neither available to help me,after waiting about fifteen minutes the wedding cake slicer I had I put it back and just lift the store this was Dec.3 2020 around 10:30 in the morning

Party City always has a great knowledgeable staff and abundant variety of costumes for Halloween! It also meets your party theme needs for any occasion. Its the Wal-Mart of party stores! Ive been shopping there for over 15 years through 4 kids. And Ive never left anything less than over satisfied.

Too pricey. A lot of things in this store can be found a purchased for a better price else where. Shop here only if you must!

Very helpful and polite stuff that helps me plan exactly everything I needed to plan out for a party. Also had sale items in relation to one another to get maximum savings.

Prices were twice what they had listed on the shelves when we got to checkout. Isnt that actually false advertising? I like to know what Im going to pay before I get to the register. They were also very low on stock and selling broken pinatas. I wasnt terribly impressed although the staff was pretty friendly.

Just had the worst conversation with a person over the phone. Customer service is lacking and her lack of basic information was astounding. I was calling from NYC for an event 11/17 it is 10/19 and she was not interested in being helpful at all! Im hoping I can find an alternate place to use when I get down to Ga.

This Party City has everything as far as costumes and props for costumes. Also the employees that we interacted with were helpful and friendly. However I visited the restroom and it was appalling. That definitely needs to be maintained better than it is. I was scared to touch anything!

Went to this location, as me and the other members of my management team often do, for somethin very simple, 6 balloons. Waited in the same line that we always wait in, only to be told that I had to be in the other line. They were really busy so I could understand that maybe they had to try and process previously placed orders so no problem. I get in the other line and wait to place my order. I waited and waited and waited, all while the employee running this line was complaining about a customer in front of me whos order that they couldnt locate. Then I waited more while she went out to speak with that customer. She finished with that, and then a different associate finished ringing out other customers and came to ask this person what she needed help with. She proceeds to tell her what she needs help with, (some task completely unrelated to the line) not once acknowledging that I had been standing there. I never spend my cash where it isnt wanted , or at least made to seem like its wanted, so I put my 6 balloons down and left. This was a small purchase but I have several events per month for my store. I will not be returning to this location. And its sad because all this employee or a manager had to do was apologize for the wait or at a minimum, acknowledge me.

Cashier was eating while ringing up my purchase. Her dinner was more important than the accuracy of charging my items. I was charged for one item twice. I didnt think she was capable of completing a refund. I will not spend another cent at Party City.

It is located near other shops in a decent plaza. The place just seemed under staffed. I walked around a good 10 mins searching for items and there was only 1 associate on the floor assisting someone else. I ended up just going over the Walmart next door.

Busy.... Order your costume online and pickup. Out of alot of popular costumes but has plenty of accessories.

No one apologized for our inconvenience, that THEY caused . When I asked for my balloons to be bagged they tried to charge me extra for EACH bag . I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location . There was a whole line behind us , no one was checking out customers , because they were all looking for my one order .

Great place to shop for party ideas... although the staff there (not all) have not grasp understanding of hi float in balloons...overall great place.

Thankfully I didnt have to travel 35 minutes out of my way to find out the staff was rude. Store opens at 9:30am, they didnt start answering their phone until 10:45am. I called prior to making the trip and was told they probably didnt have the costume I was calling about, before I even told her what it was!! First, the lady told me she wouldnt know what they have in the store because they werent finished unpacking all the delivery boxes. Second, she said to never go by the online store in stock amount because its never accurate. Online says they have 2 in stock at their store, but she wouldnt even take the costume # to check if it was on the shelf. Finally, she told me none of the stores have Star Wars costumes for girls in stock...lies and deceit!!! Headed to a different store whose staff was very helpful and courteous over the phone and were willing to hold the costume Ive been searching for.

I have purchased Valentines balloons for the same advertised prices on the Web from this store for 2 years. Today I was told the price offered on the Web was not valid in the store. The additional items I purchased today also rang up with a much higher price than the regular price shown on the shelf. Not a good way to encourage repeat business!

They don’t always have what their online app says they have, but the customer service definitely makes up for it.

They didnt have most of what I went there for and a good bit of the items didnt have a price on the shelf.

One register open. Four people in line and the manager walks away from behind the counter. Never acknowledged we were even standing there. The person at the only register open was having problems and had to call the manager back. After about 5 minutes the 2 ladies in front of me and I left. Very poor service

Wonderful customer service

I am planning my sons 4th birthday party for saturday and I came because on their website they had the biggest selection of peppa pig decorations. When i got in store, it was still a nice selection but some of the stuff i really wanted was not in stock. So i still have to order off Amazon. Also, when ordering balloons, it was fairly priced and easy to do but the girl behind the counter was a little curt because of her frustration when the amount of orders they had today. Overall, it was a good experience and i would recommend and go again.

It was good I was able to find why I needed even tho a manager or whoever shouldnt been fussing with a employee in front of customers.... but it was a clean store over the past 4days I have spent 145.00 so Im very impressed

I really like this place they were very helpful they was friendly and they knew every party thing that you needed to know I would definitely go back there for my birthday to get everything I need and for any events I have but they were really helpful
