This business is the most covid cautious biz Ive been to. Sanitize hands, temp taken, then you go wash your hands. Helps me actually relax.They did a mani pedi and the price was great.

On 09/08 was my 1st and it will be my last visit. I was referred to this establishment thinking I have found me a place to get my nails done as I got tired of driving to Kennesaw to get them done. Boy was I wrong. I have a gel full set and they look horrible. I have small hands and this gel set makes the nails look very clumpy and oversized. Plus,I did mood color but the polish must be old because therere streaks in the paint. Plus ,2 of my nails have cracked and it hasnt even been a week yet. Plus, she was cutting my nail bed with that grinder. Plus, a couple of my nails are not the same length. $47 gone down the drain..

They did an excellent service.

I go to this location once a month and they get me in and out and do a great job on my feet and are reasonably priced.

This has been my second time coming here, but this time a woman named LE did my nails. I asked for stiletto nails and ended up w rounded nails and u even told her I didn’t like how the nails were looking but she proceeded. She did not push my cuticles back and she packed too much acrylic by them too!! I go home and unlock my door and my nail breaks in half and rhinestones came off the very next day too. I paid 65$ For this. LE needs to just take her time and listen to the customer. Never again.

Le always does great SNS nails

I came in for a fill in and they came out HORRIBLE. I needed one nail fixed and that nail ended up being WAY longer than my other nails. I have to fix them myself when I get home. The whole nail job I’m general is absolutely horrible. I will never come back here. I called and asked how much my fill in would be and the lady I spoke to told me $24 and I needed one nail fixed and I ended up paying $33. Worse nail job I ever received.

Been coming here for about two months now and the work is consistent and very good every time I come. I love the calm and soothing atmosphere and setting they have for their clients, the customer service is top quality. This place is my new go to for beauty care. Very pleased with the services.

I came in yesterday to get tips and sns less than 1 day the nail was separating from the tip. I went in the next day to show them what was happening. He said they could fix. So the lady proceeded to grind my real nail down and place super glue and glued my skin and nail together which it didnt fix the problem. When I questioned why are you grinding my real nail she said she was fixing. Poor job will never be back . I ripped up the little coupon card.

This is less than a week of services of a full set. Nails popped off like press ons. I’ve never had an issue with nails staying on for at least 3 weeks . I don’t use oils as he insinuated just disappointed from services as a first time client for both me and my daughter.

I love this place!! The peanuts and water was a pleasant surprise. They listened to what I wanted, I wanted to grow my natural nails out and didnt mind if they were not even. I thought they were fantastic !

Best nail salon East of Atlanta! Been going here over about two years now. Very clean, use a fresh plastic pedicure tub liner every time. Nancy and Le are amazing!

Good place to go if you want basic nail care, I usually get SNS and it’s always done neatly and professionally. If you want something more elaborate with designs and studs, and real nail “art” you should probably go somewhere else

They are high and quality is not that great. Customer service was okay but I wouldnt go back.

Bad customer service and rude! My nail tech kept rushing me because she was ready to go even though they didn’t close for another whole hour or so. My nails are uneven, don’t match up in length, and look horrible! I won’t be going back. Don’t even wanna go back for them to fix my nails they messed up 🤦🏽‍♀️

Fast, courteous service. I received exactly what I asked for. Prices were the very economical.

This is my third time trying them. The third strike is a out.. First visit perfect, second they put people in from of me and kept telling me 5min, third time I came in for a overlay and they just slapped product on my nails.. I was done in 25min. This included gel polish with the light..

The service I was received was top notch! As soon as came into the establishment I was served. My wait time was no longer than five minutes. That’s service!

I went in on a whim not knowing what to expect. Everyone was friendly and the mani/pedi was perfect. I will be coming back.

Im so sad and disappointed because Ive been coming to this nail shop for at least 2 yrs or more, and was never treated like I was treated today! So my daughter got a polish change on her toes and it looked like my 2 yr old Kenzie pooh did it ,it was terrible! The Owners wife is the person who did them. She tried to say my daughter messed them up ,but no thats not true, so I asked the guy that does my nails to ask her to talk nice to us, instead he asked me if I was going to leave or stay with my daughter, I told him not to speak to my that way! I asked to speak with the manager and he did apologize.I couldnt believe it he is always nice to me and my daughter I dont know what he has going on but please dont take it out on me, it doesnt cost a thing to be nice!

I like them but wish that they performed callus removal. If the are going to play videos it should be calming video with aromatherapy. The environment itself is calming and the people who work there are very respectful. This is my go to place for service.

Ive been going there for maybe 10 years or more. Ever since they have been open. Nancy had been the one doing my nails mostly. Then there would be someone else who would do them that I really liked, but they would never stay at this place of business very long, so I would always go back to Nancy. I am very particular about how I want my nails done. I should be since Im paying the bill. They seem to get very annoyed when you tell them how you want your nails. I just ignored it and kept on telling them how I wanted my nails. I thought that maybe it was a cultural thing. But then I went to another nail salon to find that they were very different. The other location was very friendly and accommodating. Well today I was getting my nails done by Nancy and as usual I was telling her how I wanted my nails done. I didnt think anything of it until she told me,...after I paid and tipped her very well,...which I always do,...that I should find somewhere else to get my nails done because Im never happy. Im not a chronic complainer at all. I just dont want a rush job, or your feeding me some BS about why you cant do my nails a certain way when you have done it before. I was a very loyal customer,...probably because they were right around the corner. I really liked the experiences at OTHER nail salons. The other nail salons go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Ive seen so many people come back to this salon with so many different complaints. Ive even had to go back as well,...either because of a smudge or my nails lifting. That was no big deal to me. Im always very nice and polite every time I go. I was satisfied that they would correct the problem immediately. Never had an issue with them at all until now. I was applauded at her telling me not to return. So much for customer service.

Went 3/3/18. There was no wait and they were really efficient and quick. I had a pedicure done and the leg and foot massage was awesome. All around good experience.

This review is based on my visit here yesterday which was my second time at this shop. My first visit was great which is why I returned.I may come back due to the shop being clean and organized, but definitely not going back to the same woman (unsure of her name, but she is the owner’s wife). I got SNS, and was left with 4 scratches on different fingers by my cuticles that bled from filing, and my nails were all different lengths and crooked. Nancy had to come behind her and reshape my nails, and actually apologized after she saw my hands, and she’s not even the one who did them. The first woman didn’t apologize and should be embarrassed to call herself a nail tech. All I got was $5 off...so maybe I won’t be back.

Would definitely not return to this shop!! Customer service is terrible. I had visited them before and stopped a couple years ago. Decided to give them another chance. Big mistake!! The guy that did my nails was very rude and very rough. Fingers were sore from the drill he was using. He was actually chipping my nails. After letting him know this he continued to be rough. Nails were terrible!! Now I know why theres no wait to get your nails done. Youve been warned!!

I went to Beauty Nails because I’ve been previously and had a great experience. Today was a different story. It was a bit busy but my wait was quick. My pedicure service was great up until it came time to polish my toenails. The older lady was having a hard time with polishing my nails and had to get assistance. The man who came over to assist “corrected” a couple of my toenails but they still were good. I received a manicure from a pregnant lady who had an attitude. She threw the plastic bags she used on my hands at the older lady. She barely spoke and just yanked my hands when she wanted me to move them. My nails look like I did them myself or I allowed my kid sister to do them. I’m assuming this is because I didnt get gel or sns but regardless of what service I get my nails shouldn’t look sloppy. I don’t understand why they would allow a customer to leave their establishment with it looking like this. I even asked the man to clean up my nail before I left. I shouldn’t have to ask anyone to clean up the nails they just polished. This was a very bad experience and a waste of my time and money. I don’t recommend their services.

Made an appointment and did not have to wait. Immediately greeted and “Nancy” took great care of my mani-pedi (as always).I have used this salon for 6 months and have bi-weekly visits for my gel/SNS manicure and pedicure. Customer service is excellent.Nancy always deliver. She rocks with my SNS manicure!!

Never going back. I gave two stars only because the lady who did my SNS last took her time and did a great job. But not this time! They look like I did them and I am going on a business trip next week! Arg!

If I could give negative stars I would. My sisters nails came out gorgeous. The older lady (I was told she may be an owner) who did my nails was borderline disrespectful. My full set look like I tried to do them myself. She was rude, yelled at other employees while making me reach across myself to do my nails while I was getting a pedicure. Total waste of money.

Nice workers and atmosphere. Very clean and you dont have to worry about any heavy acrylic smell. My gel Nails lasted 2 and a half weeks and my pedicure lasted 3 and a half weeks.F%

For the most part, I’ve had okay experiences going to this salon, but I’ve decided to just do away with wasting money at professional salons all together. My most recent visit was a simple gel manicure **appointment** with Lee. When I arrived, the place wasn’t crowded at all because it was earlier in the morning, but for whatever reason, Lee just seemed to rush the entire process. One thing I can’t stand is when technicians don’t allow for the LED light to complete the full duration of seconds. She filed my nails entirely too short which was annoying because I had just grown them out using SNS. She also gave me a square shape instead of square with ROUND edges like I specifically asked. The final straw was the fact that she seemed to rush the polish application so when I left, I had visible streaks and raised portions on my nails. It was just horrible. Needless to say, I’ll be doing my own gel nails at home from now on because I’m sick of wasting money on poor services.As for my pedicure, I’ll probably just go to a shop closer by my house because they’re pedis are nothing special.

Great selection of polishes and no wait but the service was overpriced and not good. The employees were not friendly and left visible old nail polish on my toes and fingers. I chose a nude color and my previous pink color is showing on many toes and fingers. I left with bubbles in my nail polish and calluses on my feet. I paid $80 for a mani/pedi for 2 people before tip and it was not worth it.

My mom and I were looking for a new nail place in the Conyers/Covington area. We decided to go to Beauty nails in conyers! Im so happy we did! This place is very friendly, fast and efficient! They welcomed us with water and peanuts as we waited. We are very happy we came to this place! We will be back!

Went there on 5-5-17 . Received very friendly and CLEAN service . It was my first time and I will be back. I am very picky about my toes and the guy that did them was very thorough . Owner was kind and made sure we received best service they could provide.

Lots of tension today. My first experience of this behavior. Nail chipped this afternoon after washing my hands.

TERRIBLE customer service. The man who greeted customers was rude to almost everyone. The guy that did my nails was very rude and rushd throughout the whole service. As a cosmetology student they were doing a lot of things stateboard WOULD NOT agree w. On top of that i chose gel nail polish i asked was the color going to be the same on my nails as it was on the sample and i was told yes... When he started painting my nails the color was 10x darker. Was very dissatisfied i just wanted something nice for my bday and now i dont even like to look at my nails. Smh

I never have to wait for long when I go compare to other shops.

They were so rude. One woman raised her voice the man doing my nail using rude hand gestures instead of asking me to move my hand here or there. Not a good selection for gel nail polish. If youre black dont go because they were nice to the old white ladies not me.
