Called ahead was told that the van we wanted to see was on the lot. Arrived after a two hour drive the van was no where to be found. Dont travel out of your way to visit them.

Worked with David 6 years ago and my expectations were GREATLY exceeded. Worked with Taylor on a repair issue now and I could not ask for a greater level of knowledge or expertise. He answers texts and returns pone calls 24/7. I couldnt ask for better.I have taken our vehicle to the larger national mobility dealers for service and now without question know I got sub-standard work. After that experience, I will only take this vehicle to R&R.

I took my 2010 Chrysler Town and Country van to R&R after a van dealer in Marietta told me I needed an a whole new operating system for about $3000. The passenger door would not automatically open which allows the ramp out. After speaking with Jonathan I brought in the van which was repaired for half the cost the other dealer quoted! Jonathan spent time talking to me about the repair work and kept me updated. The van was ready to go by the time that was agreed to. He also called a couple of days later to see how it was doing. I purchased the van from R&R 5 years ago and I was very pleased with the sales process. I highly recommend R&R for sales and service. It’s worth the trip to Conyers.

I can always depend on them to help me if I need to rent a wheelchair van to take my mother around to appointments or just get her out of the house. They are very caring and kind. Katie and Christina and all the delivery guys are the best! I am so glad I found them here in Conyers!

A bit high on price, but theyre the best! Still a small company, so theyre more Intimate with their customers, especially with their custom fabrications. The techs are awesome! Recent remodel and new machines for alignments and tire repair. Just dont be in a hurry, expect this level of craftsmanship to take time.

Our company van broke down at Lake Jackson and Taylor worked with us to have it picked up and towed back to the R&R shop to fix. He handled everything with the towing company and they got our van fixed with a new fuel pump so we could get back to work. Ive purchased 4 different accessible vans since I started using a power wheelchair. 2 of those have come from R&R. Our last visit/buying experience was the best of all 4. We had purchased a van from another dealer, and were desperate to replace it because of the constant problems the other dealer couldnt fix. Brett found the perfect vehicle, brought it to our house so we would be sure it fit in our garage, then gave us an offer for our other van that couldnt be beat by any other dealer. Taylor switched over all our accessories - hand controls, Q-Lock System, and expedited the shipment of a new drivers seat so I wouldnt have to wait without my independence longer than necessary. Experience matters, and R&R has the experience to make buying/servicing a much-needed vehicle the best it can be. There are plenty of difficulties associated with physical disabilities, so anyone or any place that takes pride in making life easier is worthy of a great review and repeat business! R&R has mine!

R&R is a great place to buy a van! I looked at several in metro Atlanta and an out of state dealer. Rhett worked and worked with me to get me the very best deal possible on a 2017 Toyota XLE. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He is still making himself available even after the sale. Now thats good customer service. I also like the idea that R&R is a family run business thats been around for a very long time. That was important to me. They were very friendly and so helpful - even the support staff were friendly and helpful. I wasnt just a number on a piece of paper. Well done R&R!

We have purchased a few wheelchair vans from R&R mobility and although some of the conversions have had issues, Jonathan in the service department has done everything to make sure those issues were resolved. He and the other personnel at R&R mobility go above and beyond for their customers.

Could not be happier with my purchase of a used wheelchair van at R & R. Brett, the sales rep, drove the van out to our house to make sure it would go up our steep driveway (it did), brought it back again so my mechanic could do a pre-purchase inspection (it passed with flying colors), and then a 3rd time to deliver it sold. And Kaila in the office was so accommodating with all the paperwork. Super service, and all for a very fair price.

My dad and I took his Chrysler town and country limited here for a health check on the conversion. They replaced 2 rollers in the ramp area and the wait time wasnt too long. The people that I had contact with were very nice and very knowledgeable and really seemed to care about the customer.

Had repairs done here, their labor per hr is very high (probably due to the additional training required), every thing to do with/for handicapped people is over priced. Bought a used 4 year old van of course equipped with a wheelchair ramp it doubles the price - unfair! Taking advantage of people who are already out of work, cant get a job, have to have the ramp wheelchair capabilities.Not R&Rs fault but they do not fight the baddles with us.

I had a very bad eperience with R & R Mobility in Conyers. I bought a van for my wife who had ALS. After selecting the van I felt was suitable for us, I told the person completing the order that I wanted my wifes wheelchair to be in the front passenger position. In addition, I took photos of my wife in her powered wheelchair to show how the chair should be located in the front position. I placed the photos along with instructions on the location in the drivers seat when I dropped off the van and placed the keys in the drop box. After waiting 6 hours in Atlanta (I live in South Carolina), I returned to find the location for my wifes wheelchair was in the back of the van. I must admit the guys in the shop were very responsive as they worked to make the correct position. I had to wait about 3 more hours and had to call to have a neighbor come to my home to sit with my wife due her physical condition. While I was waiting in the shop for the location to be corrected, I found some of the paperwork I had left in the front seat at another location in the shop where another van was being modified. The person who originally did the paperwork said she apologized and said I will send you a certificate because of our error - I never received it. When my wife passed, I took the van to them on consignment and that experience was also negative as the customer service communicated to me was incorrect and untimely. I would not recommend R & R based on my experience.

I have taken a vehicle here 4 times to have the wheel chair lift repaired, each time they say that its fixed , and the repair lasts for about 2 days and I have to take it back.
