I went to go and get my drug test, and the staff is rude. We already have to wait outside because they only allow 4 people in there at a time. So when I went in she yells I have a patient in the bathroom , meaning you cannot come in here. When 2 additional people leave she asked me what I was here for and she said they start that back up at 1 pm. I tried to call no answer. I basically wasted 40 minutes when I should have been at work to do my drug test and have to come back. It was 11:34am it does not state that there are certain times they do drug tests. Now I have to wait to go back up there, wasted my lunch break to do it to get turned away. Not a professional establishment at all. If I could go to another one I would there are no more in close proximity.

In have to drop off a sample for my high risk doctor. This line has not moved in over 10 minutes of me being here. I can’t imagine how long the people before me has been waiting. I have two hours to get my sample in, and with this hot sun idk if my sample will even be good.Update it’s has passed the 3 hour mark for my sample. Idk if it will be good at this point, I’ve tried turning it in 3 times before the time was up but they wouldn’t take it till I got my labs done. It’s a same how the head quarter can give this place more staff so things can move more smoothly. Been here for 2 hours now.The people are doing the best the can. It might be a long wait but remember to be Patient and kind

I had a perfect experience—which is not like most labs. Excellent customer service and was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Will definitely be back!

Went to get blood work done on my 1.5 year old son. Front desk was nice and everything was straight forward. Due to covid only 4 people were allowed in waiting room. Its not a big room so I had no problem waiting outside as they text you when they need something, or are ready for you. The ladies that helped get blood from my son were extremely nice and you can imagine how it goes getting blood from a toddler. They were super helpful and sweet.

I don’t know how they do it but they are the nicest group of people. The lady that took my blood was SO friendly and SO good at what she does. I used to go to another Lab Corp location and my arm always blew up where they jabbed me so hard. This office knows how to take your blood and are very calming in the process. I highly recommend

I had an appointment at 9:30am. I was seen almost an hour later. Customer service was poor. Overcrowded... Covid regulations were nonexistent. Receptionist at front desk was rude. I pray that whatever is bothering her gets released in Jesus name. You can’t come to work with a chip on your shoulder when you work with the public. Space is small and unsanitary!

Labcorp in Conyers, on Wellbrook Dr is horrible! This is my 2nd day here to try and get blood work done! There are people almost sitting on top of each other, the employees have got to be some of the rudest people I have ever met, and there’s no reason people should have to wait hours to get blood work done when they haven’t eaten all day! I never complain but today’s the day! I would recommend no one ever come here!! 🤬🤬😡 #poorcustomerservice #rudeAF #disrespectful

Great service. Front desk receptionist was very polite and nice. I hate when you walk in and people have a stank on their faces. The lady who drew my blood did it quickly and didn’t harm me.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever had to deal with. They are scheduled for lunch from 12pm -1pm however they stopped taking clients at 2pm to take another lunch break until 3pm

My daughter took orders for bloodwork from her doctor to the office, but they refused to see her because it was too close to the holidays. My daughter is a transplant patient and her bloodwork is vital to her health. This was her best option to get bloodwork done in town. Now we will have to go outside our area. I would call their office a disgrace and unprofessional.

The lady at the front desk was very rude. I had never been here and needed some test done but had questions about the form she gave me. I asked her if what I assumed she needed and she said that was correct but after I turned the paper in she said it was not correct and she got an attitude with me. She should have helped me before I filled the paperwork out. If you aren’t willing to be helpful don’t apply to be in the customer service work force. She shouldn’t work with customers.

I called them 8/11/2020 I was told to walk in for my drug screening, between 8-4 but they do close at 12-1pm for lunch. I went there yesterday 8/12/2020, arrived about 11:35 one person was leaving and another was seated. I stood at the counter ,3 staff we’re behind it. One stood in a corner the other was seated and the 3rd stood on the opposite corner and stared at me. After about a min the lady seated at the desk looked at me and said “yes?” I told her I was there to do a drug screening she asked ‘can you pee’ I said I can try she said no we don’t need you to try we need you to be sure because we are closing for lunch. I said “I was told lunch is 12-1” she then look at the lady that has been staring me down and asked her “you want she to go now or come back?” She said come back after 1 which the lady sitting relayed to me. At this time i saw it was not yet 11:45. I left, called the Stockbridge location which is a bit farther but the experience was worth the drive.I myself has been in medical field for 10+ years and I know that at times I may want to leave on time which hardly ever happens. My job was never front desk but if I am there even if I am passing by and I am not able to assistant and I see someone at the counter I acknowledge them. Finding how can is assist or letting them know someone will be with them soon.I have had patients who intrude on my lunch or home time but I am clear and friendly in letting them know it’s almost that time but let’s see if we can hurry this up and I still try to help them. These ppl had almost 30 mins and they turned me away. I guess I am one of the few who do a job because it help others and loved what we do.I am just saying I am new to the city and the state and the staff there left a very bad impression on me.

If you cant tell someone how much they will owe, and then try and surprise them after with a $1000+ invoice, you are committing fraud.

I needed a Biometric test done. My company provided a free voucher for it, so I completed all the paperwork online and setup the appointment online. When you arrive, there is a kiosk to check-in by the door that leads to the back rooms. It gives an estimated time, but I didnt pay attention. Checked in with my license and sat down. I did arrive right at the appointment time. For ~9 AM there were a lot more people than I expected and I was worried it would be a while. The waiting room is smallish, but still plenty of seats. Thought it was clean and didnt notice any bad smells. The receptionist (sorry for not knowing her name!) was very nice. Handed over the paper vouchers and that was it. And then I was in a room about five minutes after that. The guy that did the test (again, sorry for not getting his name cause he deserves a shout out) was excellent. Super friendly, made me laugh a few times. I had to have blood drawn and I barely felt the needle go in and only a slight pinch when he had to readjust to get into the vein. He was so polite and asked how I was doing several times as we did the tests. My sister didnt have her appointment until an hour later, but since we turned in the paperwork and had the same tests they took her right after me which was awesome. Total time was about fifteen minutes and we were back to our day.

Unprofessional workers, I came twice to conduct drug screen waited to be told their going on lunch so come back at 1pm after I been waiting for about 2 hours just to pee.worst of the worst wouldn’t recommend

Loved it may be a stretch - they poked me and took my blood! They did a good job though. Quick and friendly. Im just leaving a review because of all of the negative ones. Face it, its a lab - no one wants to be there! The folks are doing their job and doing it well. It absolutely went as smooth as it could - easy parking, easy in and out, nice job LabCorp.

Drove 30 minutes to get here, only to find a sign on the door that says CLOSED BETWEEN 12-1pm!!!!!! They should STRONGLY consider updating their online business hours to reflect such!

Ive never had a needle in my vein before, so when I came here to do a blood test I thought I was gonna just get a little prick on the finger and be sent on my way, but I was utterly wrong. As soon as I figured out that a needle was gonna be stuck into the vein of my arm just like in the movies, I started freaking out. As the doctor was trying to put the needle in my vein i was not staying still for her. She ended up having to get another doctor to help keep my arm straight. I was very loud and dramatic, but through out this whole ordeal both of these women remained calm and kind to me. In the end from my experience i was given great customer service and if I ever need to get my blood tested again I know where Im going.

Ms. Daphne was so sweet and I’ve never had someone stick me with almost zero pain or discomfort before her! Zero problems with this location and a great, painless experience :)

A place to go if you dont have anywhere else to get labs done. Receptionist lied and said I had a copay just to get my credit card information. Even went as far to print a statement out with copay amount. (I verified after the visit with my insurance company I didnt have a copay). Aside from that, the waiting area had a bad odor and their staff isnt really friendly. Dont look for a greeting of any kind. It took 25 mins to get called back with an appt.

Pretty in and out. They got my blood on the first try. Which is a good thing.

Woman at front desk has nothing short of an attitude problem. I dont think she likes her job. She asked me for my social and I preferred to write it down than to say it aloud in a small room full of people. She then goes to read it aloud as she puts it into the computer. This is 2015. Do you know how much fraud and identity theft takes place, especially in Atlanta? (including Conyers) I absolutely hate dealing with rude service!

Front desk lady is rude. She acts as if she is working in a prison and the customers are inmates. I had to take a drug screen for a prospect employer she told me I had 2 mins. Maybe 45 seconds went by and shes banging on the door telling me to come out. Then she states this isnt enough urine youll have to wait an hour to give me another sample and you cannot leave the building. Had about 10 ppl in the lobby waiting while no one was doing work. Ive bee to labcorp for all urine samples and theyve never been like this.

Poor communication and customer service. Nurses close business doors 15 mins before advertised close time (5pm). Woman literally watched me through the glass as if I wasnt there.

Staff doesnt follow advertised times. Stops drug testing at 11am which isnt stated when you call to find out their hours. As if they need to take a pre-lunch break to sit around and talk before their actual lunch.

Lab Corps closes at 5pm which is posted on the door. I got there at 4:30 on Friday, 05-26-2017 to get there and see a hand written note stating the changes of its business hours has changed to 8-4:30. In traffic, that was a totally wasted trip.

You have to get there before 9AM thats the time they do drugs screens. Wait time for me was less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly. Crowded.

They were backed up due to only one person working.

Couldnt do much because the staff hadnt even showed up on time and couldnt read the test from the doctors office
