Truly a great unique experience. Owner is excellent as a barber and person in general. Environment is upscale yet down to easy m earth. Great place for a man (or woman) to take care of themselves. They sell made to measure suits and suits, offer alteration services, some accessories for suits, golf shoes, and hair cuts which is why I was there. Both times Ive went I had Mr Nate as my barber and my gal has quite liked the results.

Just stopped by here today and I must say I am impressed. Vino and his staff are top notch masters that cater to your grooming needs to an exact detail. Very pleasant atmosphere and just an overall pleasant experience in general. Top notch services, prices not inflated. You get more for what you pay for. Highly recommended and will be returning!!

Tried this place out since it was close to my house, and will not be going back. It was the worst Barber experience i have had. The Barber/Owner was late for the appointment, with no apology or explination, then had no idea what i was there for. I came for a simple beard Trim and he was asking what i wanted to do with my hair. He then started and i could tell he was yawning through his mask and didnt want to be working, he then cut my face with the blade, did a shotty job and did not clean up the hair at all just let me clean all the beard hair off myself, i had to ask for a towel, while he sat in the Barber chair watching me do his job. This is when He informed me that he was feeling sick with The Flu and he needs to go back home and go to sleep.

I saw this place passing through Conyers one day, and with a name like The Refinery (great branding) my interest was piqued. Their website was clean, modern and provided a great experience. Booking was quick and straight forward. After booking a basic haircut and beard trim I received an email confirmation instantly that allowed me to add it to my calendar.I literally walked straight in and was sat in the chair, not even the fast food of hair cut chains (Great clips, Im looking at you) does that. Being a first time customer, Vino took a moment to introduce himself, his staff and tell me a bit about the business and the services they offer. Which includes a concierge service!The atmosphere was crisp with a tasteful blend of contemporary and luxury decor. The staff was convivial and gregarious. And it may have been the most comfortable barbers chair Ive ever sat in. The Refinery is the perfect blend of an English upscale mens’ haberdashery with bespoke suits, couture fashion and all things sartorial meeting a relaxing mens day spa with the perfect amount of southern charm and barbershop banter to keep things interesting. The Refinery’s coiffeurs have honed their craft to create a tonsorium like no other.As for my cut, Vino did an amazing job. I haven’t had lines this clean or a fade this good in a long time. This place is a necessity for the modern man. Straight hair or curly, male or female, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Help to support small businesses and make The Refinery an east side institution (Good barbers are hard to find!)

I had a fabulous experience. Vino was a perfect GENTLEMAN and very professional. I loved my hair cut and already scheduled my next appointment. I was done in about 30 minutes. I also plan to have my nails done as well. Ill bring my husband next time. Love it.

Amazing, first class, customer service! This was my first experience at The Refinery. I was personally greeted by name, and given a tour of the entire business (first visit). Best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received. There was no rush, and the service was exceptional quality. From the time that I walked in the door, from the the time I walked out, the entire experience was phenomenal! I will definitely be going back time and time again.

This establishment was a delight to visit. Very much a friendly, upscale place. They offer many services that cater to the well kept or professional client. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis in the future.
