I did get the manager’s name but she was a very nice African American young lady. She was very helpful on a complicated move from Virginia. The costumer service was definitely 5 stars. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Terrible!! Prices increased by $30 in 3 months with no explanation and worse service. Would have understood smaller ($5) increase due to inflation or some other explanation. Malfunctioning gate keypads led to being locked out and others locked in. Can only go there when office is open for fear of getting locked in.

Mayra was pleasant to work with. The day of our arrival, there was some tornado warning. The gate was to remain open due to lightning that had caused some circuit break. She reassured us and came to check our unit even it was raining. There were water puddles and we checked our unit was not flooded. Its very easy to load and unload our belongings. So far, very pleased with the service.

Mayra is the best . She took the time out of closing to help me get into my unit. She also made sure that I didn’t over pay for a new lock . Her customer service skills are extraordinary. If you are looking to rent a unit or have any questions make sure you ask for ms. Mayra !!!

One star is too much for this place. The place is nothing but RATS and Leaking units. This place is beyond horrible. Management and corporate office were unwilling to do anything about any of my problems and expect you to deal with whatever is convenient for them. I will never ever rent from them again and hope nobody else does. This is the worst storage place in the area. Please do not use them!!! I cant begin to tell you what an awful experience you will have is you use this facility. BEWARE!!!!

Myra was so helpful and explained everything to us. She is very patient and helped us select the appropriate unit that we need to store our belongings, where we would have enough space. She made us feel comfortable and assured us that our belongings would be safe and secure.

I came in because lost my key and didn’t had access to my cube and Ms.mayra was in her lunch break and wow!! She stop her lunch to take care of my Emergency need and I truly appreciate her and her extremely good customer service and she was very nice and professional .

Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was problems from the first day of me placing the reservation. I was supposed to get one unit they gave me another. They charged me much more than I was supposed to be paying. They are ghetto, unprofessional, and they will take extra money out of your account for no reason. They don’t know what they are doing. The units look ran down. Just find another place to go. I believe most of those 5 stars are probably fake!!!

Mayra assisted me with my move in and move out. I was really concerned that I would be charged for the month although I had cleaned the unit out. She called me and was very professional. Her customer service was impeccable. I dont care if I had a bad experience with a service (which I didnt) if your attitude is great I can work with that. My card was not charged so again she was great.

Please do not, I repeat, DO NOT use this facility to park your vehicle. I was looking for a facility, close to my house, as additional parking. It wasn’t until after I paid that I saw the poor conditions of the parking lot. It looked like a junkyard! The ground was not paved, more than 90% of the vehicles appeared to be broken down and had not been moved in years. The lawn maintenance was poor. Grass was highly overgrown and it was a depressing sight. There was no way I was leaving my nice sports car or any of my vehicles at a facility that cares so little about it’s property.

If I could give this company ZERO STARS I WOULD. PLEASE DO NOT put your stuff here. The employees are very rude. Cube smart charged me TWO TIMES and nobody can help me get my money back . The district manager JESSICA THOMAS does not answer the phone and you cant leave a message because she does not clean out her messages. The whole staff is very unprofessional & they have a change for everything . They will steal your money like they stole mine

Ty was very helpful. They had systems issues that day I moved in and Ty went above and beyond helping me making sure that things would be rectified. Because of Ty I’m glad I made the choice of choosing this location. Definitely recommend and very helpful.

This place does nothing but go UP UP UP on the MONTHLY RENT !! DO NOT put your stuff here . The management is very unprofessional the smallest space is now 70 a month. The unit used to be 48.00 total rip off!!

The storage prices are the lowest around. That facilities are not as contempory or up to date as many others, but prices are lowest.

Terrible customer service. They just dont care. I have parked my truck here over 10 years with little issues and since Cubesmart bought them out prices have gone up and service has gone down. 2 weeks now I cant access my truck 24 hours like I have always been able to despite agreeing to pay the added charge for that access.

Came to pick up my belongings and furniture to move into my house to find that rats had infested and completely ruined $2,000.00 worth of furniture. The owners had covered up a hole in the ceiling of my unit with a piece of duct tape. They also had admitted that the neighboring unit was storing food. After communicating with one of the owners she offered me $45.00. What a joke! This storage unit complex is the most disgusting place and I cant believe I trusted it. The ONLY positive is that it was half the price of a U-Haul storage unit.

Very helpful staff

It was great up until recently. Ive been with them for almost 2 years and the lady manager is very nasty but the male manager is very fair. She is very rude and hung up on me. Thats not great customer service. She thinks that she can talk to people any kind of way whose struggling to make payments on time. She will call you and start an argument. Overall service is fair but the old lady needs to go.

I cant with these people, I paid for a 10x10 storage unit which is $71, I get my uhaul & get to my storage only to find out that they had given me a 5X10. To me thats unprofessional, how do you make a mistake like that when I specificallly asked for a 10x10.

I had to help someone move their stuff from this storage facility. When we did there was rat poop and urine everywhere we even found a huge Dead one! Their stuff was destroyed when the office was Let known there was a rat problem with in the storage facility they just offered rat poison! Do not store your stuff here if you value it!

This place sucks. The owner is racist, she doesnt like black people,, she might not like people at all. Thank God I only had to use the dump for 1 week. Never rent from these people....
