In January I filed a small claims suit against someone, I chose the Sheriffs Dept to serve them. This was my first time dealing with this and I didnt know who to choose. When I showed up for court in April after sitting through 15 other cases I found out he was never served. The Sheriffs dept had limited hours and this guy knew that. I got an extension to serve and Tramel had him served immediately. I will call them again if I ever need a process server.
