They have hats! If you dont know what that means, its not meant for you. It made drug testing so much easier as a woman. The staff was friendly and calm. I listened to them help a few other people and so professional.
Great place..friendly staff and very helpful. I needed to fill out, on line, my paperwork. The young woman, I wish I got her name, was more than helpful. Quick and easy.
I just love Monica~~~ she is really good with drawing blood, I have very small veins and I never even felt the stick, I do use a butterfly, but I HIGHLY recommend her, she is super friendly and great at her job~~~ she is my go to person now...

Totally wasted my time. made the appointment online from their website without issue. Brought id, insurance card and payment arrived on time for my appointment after fasting and was told they couldnt take my routine bloodwork or give me the results. If this is the case, maybe their website should be more clear or not allow the general public to make an appointment?
This is the absolute best location! Super caring! My boys 12 and 9 needed blood work and Monica was super fantastic! She went above and beyond for these boys! If you have kids and they need blood work go there and ask for her!
Stopped by yesterday to pick up sample containers and again today to drop off my samples. Both days the staff were exceptional and courteous! This morning I had an issue with the kiosk and Terri Ann came right out to help without being asked! She was great!
My son absolutely hates getting his blood drawn. Monica(?) I think her name was is amazing. She was so sweet and patient with my son and did a great job. When he was there last time the phlebotomists was good as well. We have had bad experiences with pediatric draws at other locations so it’s woeth the drive to come here.

Wasnt at the location shown in Google Maps. I made a 90-mile roundtrip only to find it wasnt at the address shown on the map.
