Our unit as well as the units next to ours were broken to. They informed us that the front security gate was broken and left wide open for over a week. They also said they found a bunch of stuff in the driveway in front of our unit and as a courtesy they put it back in our unit....however...we found items that werent ours in our unit suggesting some of our stuff may be in our neighbors unit as they took it upon themselves to put stuff back into random units. Customer support was not helpful in the slightest and told us the soonest someone could come out to help us figure this out would be 5 days later. This place is trash and you will be robbed.

My unit was broken into twice in 18 days and now they are saying I probably wont get my money back. The process to claim for the $500 worth of stuff that was stolen is long and confusing. How secure is a place that gets broken into TWICE in 18 days.

Every time I have ever been here the gate was wide open for anyone to get in.They continued charging my fathers closed bank account after we notified them he had passed away, racking up tons of fees and forcing us to pay them. Once we paid they continued to charge fees for any reason they thought of and refuse to let us close the accounts even though we emptied the units and continue charging my credit card.This place is run by crooks and their customer service intentionally sabotages any attempts to do the right thing so they can incur more charges. Id rather store my stuff with ISIS than this place.

Edit: I just had the most frustrating and unhelpful interaction with customer service.Easy to rent and access. Even though theres typically not anyone on site in the office, any issues or problems Ive ever had were taken care of immediately by calling customer service. They are always very helpful and friendly. Renting was so easy, in fact, I actually rented a second unit from them.

No cameras, they didnt have any locks for sale which forced daughter to buy different lock, they then moved her un back in middle by the outside wall and less than a month later her unit was broken into and robbed, low life, no cameras and they still charged her even though she was cleaned out an told her since she didnt buy their lock, which they never had, they wont be liable.

Do not do business with Red Dot Storage. Gate code doesnt work. Customer service never answered the phone.
