They took care of a collision insurance claim on my vehicle. From the time I called them on the phone till the time my car was repaired, they were extremely informative, kept me updated every couple days on status of receiving parts, and were efficient with the repair. All staff I encountered were super friendly! My car looks brand new again!!

They were incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. We had an issue while driving cross country that landed us here for the night. They saw us first thing in the morning, and we were back on the road by 9am. Amazing place and everyone seemed so kind and to really know what theyre doing.

Went to them for scratches almost all around the car. They came out look at it. Quoted me and said they could fix it no problem. Took it in was done in 45 min. Looks like a brand new car!! They even buffed my headlight that was kinda dem and that was not even talked about. They did an excellent job. Very friendly very professional. What can I say that hasnt already be said many times over? Haters is the best, the very best!They keep you in the loop as far as what theyre doing to your vehicle. They call if they find a new problem and they let YOU make the decision. I went in for an estimate after hitting a deer and couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was super friendly, honest, and they had me an estimate within 15 minutes. They even straightened my bumper and reattached my valence while I was there at no charge.

They even cleaned the interior up, put a little gas in, and gave it a nice wash. I have never had a body shop do this! I was originally told that it would take possibly 2-4 days. They fixed my van in 1 day! I drive a wheelchair accessible van and can’t get just any rental and they were very sensitive to that and made sure that they had me back on the road immediately! I would highly recommend this place!

From the time of the estimate to the day I got my truck out of the shop they were very courteous, caring and professional. We were hit by another car (they had insurance, so we had no deductible). We took our vehicle to halters, because they do Amazing work. However, when we went to pick up our car, we were given a bill ($134.00). I was told we had to pay this? the other insurance wouldn’t cover this part? We were never told about this when we took the car in to have it fixed, only after the repair....

I’m very happy with my service at Halter’s Body Shop. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and repair of my truck cost much less than I expected. I recommend Halter’s very highly.

Halters body shop repaired my truck this week from my hitting a deer. The truck was repaired with new factory parts and looks like it is new. The paint was perfect as was the fit of all parts. Took my 2016 Cadillac Escalade in for repair work to my bumper. The whole process from start to finish was quick and thorough. Took my vehicle in on a Monday and picked it up Thursday of that same week, and I also received notifications on the status of the work midway through. This shop was recommended to me, and I would recommend them to others.

Halters is a good body shop. They took their time with my work which I wasnt pleased with. It took them nearly 2 weeks to complete something that should have taken 2 days. They also didnt fix my headlight properly and I had to take it back in to get readjusted.
