First of all, let me say that I didnt know much about MetLife prior to becoming a customer. I chose MetLife because of the agent, Beau Jones. In the end, it was a perfect combination.We have probably all heard an expression similar to Your insurance company has your back until you really need them. In my experience, this is not the case with either MetLife or Beau Jones.We recently decided to sell our home and move. When our home was inspected it was discovered the roof had storm damage and needed to be replaced. No big deal except our home was closing to sell in about a week. I called Beau and explained to him the urgency of the situation. He treated me like I was his only client and immediately went to work to get an adjuster to visit my home sooner than I expected. He arrived on a Thursday. I received my notice from MetLife that they were covering the replacement on Friday. I received my insurance check the very next Tuesday. Roof was replaced on Wednesday. My house closed on that Friday.I cannot put into words how much my wife and I appreciated the attention, superior service, and support we received from Beau Jones and MetLife.
