I had a great experience at the Conway location! If you have issues, call the company itself NOT the automotive install place. Anything that didnt line up with my bill, I always called lifesafer and they resolved.

Great company. If you have a issue call a Uber or Lyft and make it simple and follow the law.

Terrible customer service and I’m stuck with these crooks for 30 more months! Takes literally weeks to get ahold of anyone to service my unit. They claim that you will get a call back but you will not get a call back.

Good luck getting anyone to ever pick up a phone there after your installation has been completed. Ive tried since early last week. The installer all but tried to rob me and lied to me about their procedures and wanted additional cash out of pocket at install (after I paid with a credit card). He scratched 4 different interior trim pieces with his watch that he chose not to take off and I suspect he damaged the wiring harness feeding to my ignition which will all cost me dearly on a brand new vehicle. When I told the guy that we had other options on the service provider in which we chose to use on a following service after he showed up nearly and hour late for a service he replied with this is court ordered and I had to use them he proceeded to tell me to get out of line or hed be calling the local PD and reporting me for harassment. Believe it or not that installer is still employed with them and I suspect he wasnt even retrained let alone disciplined. Dont waste your time with them; literally 100% of their online reviews are 1 star. Learn from our mistakes.

These people are crooks and theyre not even trying to hide it. Do not believe a word they say.
