Came to repair fridge on Jul 8, the problem returned on Jul 27. They came back out, replaced a part( that he had to go across town to pick up) and only charged me for the part…. no labor, no fee for picking up the part! I would highly recommend J&J!

J&J Appliance Repair was great to work with. They made an extra effort to get us help on installing a new stove so we could cook at home.

When I called Thomas came in about an hour. He repaired my dryer and did a great job. Very professional and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Bought used washing machine. Lady really nice. Delivered two days later right on time.

Not a review of their work- but one of their employees pulled over and waited with my aunt when her car broke down on the side of the highway the other day. I think this speaks to the character of this company and their employees. I would use them but they dont service my brand of appliances.

Im shocked the level of service this company provided. From the friendly staff who answered the phone to the repair man who was courteous, super friendly and extremely efficient, I was extremely impressed. The cost of the repair was unbeatable as well. I hope not to have anything fail anytime soon around here again, but if I do, I wont hesitate to call them again.

Call Monday morning and was called back with an arrival time that was spot on. Jason was the tech who answered my call and repaired our squeaky clothes dryer. Great service and highly reccomended.

Called around 10:00 am today for service on my dryer and they were here at 1:15 pm. First, the lady in the office taking my call was knowledgeable and pleasant. Jeff was neat, knowledgeable, with parts on hand to fix my dryer. Would highly recommend this company for any of your appliance repairs. They are a family-owned company who stand behind their work. Ive had two experiences with this company. Both were awesome. Its been a few years, but I was reminded of them today. The first was to fix my washer, they were quick, reasonable prices, and courteous. The second was for my dishwasher. They werent able to save it, so they didnt charge and offered some reasonable priced replacements. I will use them again and always recommend to anyone who needs repairs.

I have a Fridgidaire refrigerator that all of a sudden started to sound like a plane taking off. It would have surely kept me awake all night as our kitchen is right across from our master bedroom. I called 3 or 4 places and and none could help me right away. One needed almost 2 weeks to check it out. One of the places I called is J&J. Within a half and hour or so I got a return call. The lady on the phone informed me that Jeff could check out my refrigerator that day. This was late in the afternoon. Within a half an hour Jeff showed up. He looked into it and it turned out to be ice rubbing against a fan caused by accidentally leaving the freezer door open. He had it fixed within a half an hour. He not only fixed it, he cut his rate on the repair, which he really didnt need to do. I was totally pleased with him and will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs appliance repairs. He is very knowledgeable.

From the woman I spoke with in the office to the the technician, the most efficient and pleasant experience!! Jeff was able to come out within a few hours of my initial call and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes at minimal cost. Thanks guys!!!
