Angel is amazing! Always thorough and always on time. He is very helpful with any questions or concerns. I love the facts that what they use is safe for humans and pets. Robin in the office is awesome to work with. Their prices are very reasonable for the service you receive. I worked for this company and my daughter got COVID-19 and so we had to be tested. Mr Larry is a gentlemen but I dont think it was professional to come get the van and didnt respond back to me. He never fired me but I reached out and I didnt have any response from him. I dont think that was very professional and I did enjoy working there.

Our technician was angel. He was very pleasant professional and thorough. So hard to get good customer service nowadays he was great! The girls at the office are always sweet and responsive. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any kind of pest services.

We have used Guardian for pest control in and around our home near the beach for the last year +. Angel is our usual technician. He is very professional. He always asks if we are having any concerns and then proceeds to treat our home inside and out. We had palmetto bugs and some ants when we first moved in. Havent seen any in about 6 months. Treatments are pet safe! Angel was here this afternoon....another excellent experience.

Communication needs improvement. My technician was late and I called the office to find out if he was coming. They told me his signal was not good and he could not call me. Well the office should have called to let me know. I had to have an inspection per the VA and its unique to them. I was a little irritated that it consisted of the technician doing a visual inspection around my pipes indoors and without probing they could not guarantee there are absolutely no termites. So its another way the government is wasteful and finds a way of spending your money.

I love Myrtle Beach but not the Palmetto bugs. Moved here from the Northeast and we didn’t have giant roaches there. Ugh! I lucked out when I called Guardian. Robin talked me off the ledge. I was super impressed with the customer service. Most importantly my condo is bug free thanks to Guardian. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. If you are squeamish about bugs reach out to this company. They have kept me here in Myrtle..

This company is terrific! They were very understanding (Robin) and helped me with a problem with the Palmetto Bugs that were invading my home. A word of advice to new homeowners, call these folks so they can do preventative pest control for your home. It is well worth it and they are very reasonably priced!

Staff are always professional and personable, never worried about them coming into my home or around my pets. Home office additionally highly satisfactory. They also came out emergently to get rid of what they called a Zipper Spider, my family and I called it terrifying. Also placed chemicals for Fire Ant Mounds on the outside of my property. Home visitor Jacob was professional and not even afraid of my 3 Golden Retrievers, he did a fine job when faced with excessive barking.

We needed a CL 100 termite letter for the sale of our house. Jacob was very thorough inside and out and professional with a courteous attitude. Would highly recommend them.

I was interested in changing termite companies, due to a raise in price at my current termite company. They were charging me even more this year to simply monitor for termites. The technicians would only just walk around my yard and then charge me hundreds of dollars per year. I chose to have my home simply treated for one price. The technicians explained my service to me and will come back to monitor yearly. I feel like I am no longer getting ripped off. Thank you!

I had a problem with palmetto bugs and termites. Larry and Ben took care of the problem. They both went above and beyond what our expectations were. Everybody I have dealt with at this company has been professional and extremely nice.

We were in a situation where we had to buy a house as soon as possible. We bought the home and of course the previous homeowner failed to disclose to us the infestations he had in his home. We soon found out, the house had rats & cockroaches, it was terrible. We tried to rid the problem ourselves with a deep clean and store bought pesticides, it didnt work. We called on Guardian about 1 year ago and we have not seen a rat or live cockroach since. Thank you!
