I drove to this location to see if someone could help me set up my voicemail on my phone. I walked in and the 1 employee working was with a couple. Didnt even acknowledge me when I walked in. Took 10 minutes for him to finally say something to me. I told him what I needed help with and he told me to call customer service. That he couldnt help me. I asked him what would cause the voicemail to stop working. He simply said he didnt have an explanation. Waste of my time especially after a long day at work. Number 1 rule...Always greet your customers! This was the 2nd time I stopped by this location and once again they offered no assistance. Just another reason we are leaving att.

I made the switch over about 2 months ago and it was the easiest process the gentleman that helped me out originally was very informative when recommending a new device. I’ve been so happy with the transition that I came back and added another line we were assisted by Alyssa she was amazing, patient and informative she took the time to insure we got the device liked as well as within our budget. I would recommend this location to anyone the staff is professional knowledgeable and friendly.

We went into the Converse store to upgrade my wife’s Android phone to an iPhone on 23 Sep 20 after I called and spoke to one of the reps over the phone. The rep was on his way to Vegas, and not in store when we arrived. I can’t remember his name, but wanted to give him a shout out as he was the one that convinced me to consider the iPhones. Alyssa our rep, was very knowledgeable about the iPhones we were interested in upgrading to as we have always been Android phone people. We were very pleased to see the pros and cons of the iPhone versus the Android phone. We ended up not only upgrading, but we left out of there with the iPhone 11 Pro Max phones. I even upgraded my phone as well. Can you say top of the line!! Alyssa was instrumental in us buying the iPhone 11 Pro Max’s because of her knowledge of the phones. She was very friendly and attentive to all of our questions and concerns about switching over after so many years of Android use. Thank you very much Alyssa! The manager is very knowledgeable and the friendly. He was able to get me the phone that met my needs. I wrote this after being in the store. That night I Went home and tried to convert my old phone with my new phone, in addition the phone number did not transfer over. After spending 3 hours trying to get this resolved I went back to the store and within 10 minutes all my issues were taken care of period. Store manager at this tour is absolutely awesome, and in my opinion should be promoted.

My wife and me came here looking to lower our service cost, but ended up being lied to. Prior to visiting this location we ran into an at&t sales rep at a Sams club, who mentioned a (too good to be true) deal. He gave us a description of a deal that would help us lower the cost of our bill with some undetailed discounts. This caught our attention quickly of course, to switch to one of the better known carriers with better service and pay less who wouldnt be interested. However, I was not going to jump in just like that. We went home talked about it with my wife and decided that if this deal was possible we would be able to get it at any at&t store.We decided to visit the store closest to us, and upon arriving we explained the deal we were offered. The sales rep here clarified this deal was not possible unless I worked for some sort of affiliate. He then explained the plans he could offer and based on cost we decided it was not for us. As we were about to walk out he quickly tells me he can verify if I qualify for a discount based on my employer. He then said we qualified for a 15% discount. We were very clear our bill was $165 for 4 lines after taxes, and that we were considering only getting 3 lines with them. He then stated (and we asked several times to confirm) that with the discount we would be paying $135 and $5 extra if we added the 4th line for the lowest 5g plan they have. This would include 2 free phones and $5 for a 3rd phone. We accepted the offer for 3 lines and made all the changes.First bill was over $300, but sales rep explained this. The 2nd and 3rd month were lower than was discussed and so we figured this will readjust because no business charges less than what they agreed to. During this time I also got a message stating I had been upgraded to Elite at no extra charge, I did not request this but why would I complain about a free upgrade. Sure enough 4th month was $171, at which point we thought there it is, they readjusted but we were wrong. 5th month again, same amount. I called customer service who explained, the deal I was offered was fictitious. The agent stated that rather than a 15% discount, I was getting the higher tier plan for the price of the mid tier plan. Not at all what we agreed on. Of course those so called free phones locked us in for 2 years and now our bill of 3 lines is not only higher, but the 5g reception is mediocre in comparison to my previous carrier. Trust me youre better off with any other carrier.Response from the ownerHi Cano Family. Thank you for the feedbacks and we understand your frustration. Well definitely bring this up to our leadership teams attention to ensure that our Team Members are properly explaining the promotions.(In response to owner comment) Sounds great, in the mean time we will continue to pay for the extra fees your members conned me and my family into.

I believe the employee that attended me was Betsy, a dark haired girl, all i can say is she is a very good employee! She has a vibe that makes you feel very welcoming & she definitely knows what she’s doing. 10/10 recommend.

Due to a problem with my daughter’s phone we went into this location and received EXCELLENT customer service. Casanova was able to get my daughter a new phone, helped with questions about our plan and the new phone. He also put the screen protector and case on for my daughter before we left so her phone was ready and safe. I will be going back for all our service needs.

Went in there when they were about to close to upgrade phones and the employees were super helpful. Alysa was the employee that upgraded our phones but the manager and Marissa were super helpful in Alysa get us the best deals. We walked out there happy customers. Had to go in the next day switch all my pictures over to my new phone. Marissa got all my pictures transfered to my new phone. Definitely recommend going in here for your at&t needs.

I purchased Internet from this store and I was told I would recieve a $200 gift card since they had a promotion.I kept calling within the same week to ask when I would receive this and they told me to wait 3 months plus to have it mailed to my house.I called within 2 weeks to ask in more detail about the rewards to the reward center and they told me the same thing, wait three months or so for the rewards card to be mailed to your home.Here I am today calling the rewards center again because its been over 3 months with this Internet provider and no rewards card came in the mail.So now they want to tell me that I waited past 120 days to activate it and now they cant do anything.The reason why I even chose this internet provider was because of the rewards I was suppose to recieve. So now I can no longer get the $200 rewards card because I was given the wrong information by at&t representatives. I will be looking for a different internet provider. I shouldnt have to pay for someone elses mistake. At&t needs to speak to their representatives and make sure they tell each customer in detail about what theyre purchasing and not have them ruin their chances of getting rewards, etc.No help at all my point exactly. Yall dont know what to do after yall screw up. Talk to these people, thank you! Why do yall just lie to customers then keep trying to make them go explain to someone else thats not gonna help either and waste everyones time.

Every single time my family or I walk into this place we are never greeted. I get that they may not have enough employees sometimes but today there were at least 5 and not one “we’ll be right with you” nothing. Sat and waited for 15 minutes with no one saying anything until I got up and went to Sprint. They greeted me right at the door and even though they were busy, at least I got greeted.

There was only one employee in the store who didnt have the good sense to get off her stool behind the computer to attend to us. Betsy may have been having a bad day, but she shouldnt let that show to the customers who are patronizing her workplace. AT&T is a mess. No wonder people are leaving in droves. She offered no help. We left and went to another store and were attended with courtesy. To whomever is responsible for staffing this location, try again. Youre not being served and neither are your customers.

The worst experience Ive ever had buying an Apple product happened at this location, 8336 FM 78 Converse, TX 78109. On 7/30/2019 I paid out the contract on my old iPhone so I could upgrade to the iPhone XR. Several hours later the speaker phone function quit working during the middle of my conversation and they couldnt hear me at all. I went back to the store and asked to exchange my phone for another one and was told Id have to come back when the manage was there because only he could waive the $45 restocking fee. So that was a 12 mile round trip for nothing. I went back today on 7/31/2019 and the manager was not there. The employee there today told me the same thing that I had to wait for the manager to exchange my phone. I waited 25 minutes for the manager Robert Casanova to return and I then explained the situation. Robert told me he didnt know why his employee told him I could exchange the phone in the store because they didnt do that there. He told me I had to go to the Apple store in the North Star Mall to exchange my phone. After I drove an additional 23 miles to get to the Apple store they told me that exchanges on items bought at an AT&T store were not done at the Apple store. So the employees and the manager have no idea what they are doing and no concept of customer service! The staff at the Apple store was a different matter entirely. They tested my phone and when they found something wrong they immediately exchanged my phone with no restocking fee. If you want to buy any apple product do NOT go to AT&T on 8336 FM 78, Converse, TX 78109 go to the Apple store in the North Star Mall and THEY will take care of you!
