I will definitely not recommend this place. They never answer their phone, Ive been trying to call them for two weeks and no one ever answers. Then three weeks after I did. Y taxes I come to find out my taxes were denied by the IRS because the lady didnt put my full last name on my taxes and they never even bothered to call me and tell me. Good luck to anyone trying to call them.

The Austin hwy location is unprofessional! Our taxes have been returned to us 3 times from the IRS. A tax person name Jackie that did our taxes wont returning our phone calls and didnt meet with us. We will never go back there!Jacqueline Barden-Esquivel
