We had a great experience and the kids loved the water slide! The owners were professional and very nice, delivered the slide on time along with tables and chairs and had it all set up. I also liked how they sent me a professional email and text reminder the day before the delivery confirming the time, amount and address. We will definitely use them again.

On a couple days short notice Ryleys castles service was phenomenal. Pricing is great and the entire process from delivery to setup and pick up was just perfect. PHENOMENAL service!!!!! I ordered a package with a jumper ,tables, and chairs. I added extras chairs to the order. They told me they would be there between 9 and 12 to set up., they were there about 9:30.... BUT i didnt order enough tables by accident. The gentleman said he could have more there shortly after his next delivery... he didnt hesitate, didnt give me some B.S. story about convenience fee, fuel charge or anything like that, HE just made it happen. The price for every thing was BY FAR the BEST in San Antonio, i will NEVER even compare prices for these services again, hands down SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICE in San Antonio!!! This company has CUSTOMER SERVICE down to the T !! I will be repeating business with them, you NEED to go with Ryleys, no competition out there.

Excellent prices first and foremost. Then add to that the friendly and prompt customer service, the full set up and takedown, makes this the only choice for bounce houses. The next day takedown doesnt limit your party experience like the others that do a takedown the same day. Vladimir was nice and answered any questions needed as well as provided input to the best location of the bounce house for the childrens enjoyment. I was so pleased with his services I asked for business cards to hand out for him.
