The guy changes prices yells and demeans everyone, doesnt pay his employees what he owes them and continues to change his pricing. The guy stays high on vicatan all day. Ive watched him eat pills and cheat me out of my percentage over the course of 3 weeks. He pulled installed equipment from a customers yard and make a whole lot of drama. If you are going to do business with him, GET T IT IN WRITING. I dont believe he can remember what he agrees to do. Or what his guarantees are, that he claims. He forgets to book jobs and customers get swept under the rug under the rug and then he blames others. Scott is a hot mess. I hope he can get his mania and depression under control. Pain pills pills and abuse arent the answer. I hope you can get it together soon you can find success hope youll make things right.

Our backyard was a nightmare after the recent rains and problems with our own equipment. These guys responded quickly and were able to tame the jungle in no time flat! They did an amazing job and we will definitely be using them again for regular maintenance. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment with Emerald Yards and they never showed. Appointment was rescheduled and they didnt show up for that one either. So, as far as dependability, they get a 0.

This man is very unprofessional I have worked for him for three weeks and watched his agreements with customers morphe as well as vacilating on percentages owed to myself. I have watched him yell at customers and disagree on set expectations and argue without attempting to finding an aggreable solution. I have watched him eating vicatin all day which has explained his volital attitude and him consistently trying to run me over with the lawnmower the last few days and his lack of memory. His intoxication is liability to home owners and employees, and his self alike. My first day working with him he had me removing the sprinkler heads and sprinkler equipment off of the house. The ladie had to have the police intervene. He was unworkable with the detective. He never tried to work a solution with the client or do any type of remediation. He lacks integrity.If you chose to work with him get it in writing.I worked hard and dilagently for him. He fired me then showed up at my house beating on my door then when I opened the door I told him to settle up with me and he could have his equipment back, he punched the glass and broke our storm door, freaking out my wife who has ptsd and seizures who I had been caring for,and who had been up all night seizing. Scott had called the police to our property and left before they arrived. I only knew they where there becouse I started to repair thee damage caused by his violently unpredictable he behavior. I had no choice but to reluctantly press charges on this man.

I contacted Emerald Yards after purchasing a new home in San Antonio. The previous owners did not maintain the property very well. So I called Emerald Yards, Craig came to my home the next day after I requested a quote, walked the property and gave me a great deal. They cleaned up my property, cut the grass, hauled off a lot of trash for me and fogged the yard for me making my wedding day even more perfect. I highly recommend! They will be fair and they have great communication. Every time they are on their way I get a text with their real time locations so I know where they are and how close. If I could give Scott and Emerald Yards more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. I had a previous lawn company that is well known but I was not seeing any improvement with you yard after a year. I saw a sign for Emerald Yards on a residents lawn in my community and decided to give them a call. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable from the first time we speak and I was felt more comfortable giving them a try once we met up at our appointment. Today is his first time at my home and I have been more than pleased on his work and the commitment he has towards beautifying my lawn. I highly recommend him and Emerald Yards to anyone looking for a local company that takes care of their customer and not just a well known company that takes your money and not offer what Emerald Yards brings to the table.

UPDATE: To Mr. CEO of EMERALD YARDS, I did book the appt through YOUR website and I got an email acknowledging the request and then got another email confirming the appt. I would say maybe it was a technical error with your calendar, however someone did call me and gave me that reschedule because of rain line on the day of. So it sounds like someone on your end deleted the info but thats between you and your employees. I have the emails and the number I got the call from. See the attached. That is your company, right?And you Sir, are looking at the wrong dates, my appt was Mar 11 not the 25th. This review was originally written several weeks ago on Mar 13th.March 13, All these great reviews. I wish I had gotten the same service, actually I would have appreciated getting some kind of service at all at this point. My appointment was for Thursday at 12 noon to do spring cleanup, I got a call about 15 mins before noon saying they werent going to make it because of forecasted rain (the forecast actually said rain around 10pm but ok) and they wouldnt be able to finish my yard in time. I asked if they could at least come by and give me an estimate since I hadnt gotten one yet, they said no and they would give me an estimate when they came by on Saturday to do the job. I didnt understand that but ok, I didnt argue. They were cancelling on me at the last minute because of rain (we didnt actually get a drop of rain that day) then why couldnt I get at least an estimate that day or Friday? Anyway, so here it is Saturday at 3pm and I still havent heard from them. Oh, did I forget to mention that when they cancelled on me the wouldnt give me a time or a window as to when they would be showing up on Saturday? I felt like I was dealing with a cable company. I dont know who I was talking to when they called to reschedule but it was horrible customer service. I couldnt in good conscience give them my money even if they showed up right now. By the way I scheduled through their website so its not like there was some kind of issue beforehand. Completely puzzled.

We had a major issue with weeds that he has been tackling for us. There have been major improvements over the course of the past few months. Emerald Lawns is definitely a five-star company. They did a fantastic job on my lawn. They sent two men to treat my yard both were very friendly. They spent two hours spraying all my weeds and putting granules down. Within two days all my weeds died. Im even going to sign up for one of their maintenance programs. Thats something I never do. They quoted me a price of $40 to cut and weed eat my yard. I have a huge lot the biggest lot in my subdivision.

I had to switch from my former pest control company to Emerald Yards and I have NOT seen a single critter. They also did some stones and mulch around 2 trees and bushes and my yard looks beautiful. I love looking at my yard when pulling into the driveway which they also widened by adding cement tiles and I was amazed at how straight they were cut to accommodate my sprinklers. Emerald Yards takes care of any descrepencies that may arise until the job is done right and they are okay with customer input. I would recommed Emerald Yards to anyone looking for curb appeal. Oh yeah I also got theporch area pressure washed and it looks so fresh and clean. The financing is great also!!!! I will continue to use their services in the future. CUDDOS TO EMERAL YARDS!

I tried Emerald yards a few weeks ago and Im already starting to notice a big change on my grass it look green. After so many years trying new product I finally found one that works it killef my weeds with in a few days and my yard looks much better after a few weeks even my neighbors have noticed .

I would have given 5 stars, but while they aireate the lawn,they damage a couple of gutter drain covers and they didnt replace it.

He does an excellent job and everything comes out just the way he says it will does an excellent job cleaning up the yard and reseeding and I dont know what else to say I added pest control this year does an excellent job and does what he promises
