Im not into putting in extra work. Or doing work. Thats why I go to automatic car washes. Zips happens to wash/clean more thoroughly than other ones. AND, the price comes with vacuuming. But parking and grabbing the vacuum is so seemless/convenient after your wash (its just waiting there at your parking spot constantly on), I decided to vacuum my own car. This car wash made me feel like a man basically.

Did a really good job on one truck and a sub par job on another. Over priced for not getting dirt off 50% of the time.

I really enjoy coming to this specific Zippys location! The guys here are awesome and helpful. The washer itself is made of those faomy giant baby bottle things and theyre not abusive to my wifes CLA or my Ram. I am really thinking about buying the membership!

Just returned from a road trip, so I was in desperate need of a car wash. I have a membership to this location and was looking forward to cleaning my truck. The worker sprayed my truck with bug spray then I continued to wait for about 30 minutes while he try to start up the car wash. It never worked. Not the employees fault I just wish I didn’t waste my time and money at this location.

It washes my car pretty good. A lot better than some other washes Ive gone to that leave my car dirty. I enjoy the free vacuum that comes with every wash. I have a membership with zips, I wish they would change their system for scanning the sticker because mine never works. It would be nice to have a card to scan or a code to punch in. Other than that Im happy with the car wash.

Last week (April 21, 2021) I came to wash my H3 and in the autowash the machine broke my side view mirror. They told me they would get a hold of me, to take care of the issue, they didnt. I came today, the 26th of April, and now they are saying they will not fix the issue with vehicles over 6 years old. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH. They do not stand by their products, and I will probably have to take them to small claims court.VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Vacuum could have better sucking power but besides that great place

In the last three months the dryers do not dry the car leave a lot of water on it !!! When water drys there are white spots all over so you have to wipe car down !!! Prices went up on membership but quality is way down!!! We will have to cancel our membership and seek a place that does a better job:-( we have complained o change !! The phone is always busy during business hours...

Unlimited washes are very nice, but they use hard water and even then the rinse doesnt rinse all of the soap off. You have to towel dry or youll get hard water marks

Quality has definitely went down from when it first opened. The $20 wash is no longer worth it. Time to find a new place.

I have a Jeep Compass Suv. The lights during the carwash were thoroughly enjoyed by my 18 month old. The vacuum was too short, the vehicle was still dripping wet. The back of the vehicle did not get cleaned. For the $20 that was paid on the wash, it was probably worth $5.

I have been to many drive-thru car washes. Not one of them will ever dry your completely, so I dont know why people complain about that. If you want full service, pay for full service. I am used to getting out afterwards and drying the waterspots that are left, as well as polishing, so no big deal. If you go through once a week, like I do, then your car should stay clean. Served its purpose well, and its a convenient drive from my home. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. Got my Protect It membership and will be back weekly. Thanks Zips 👍🏽

Machines are always broken. You pay for a car wash and when you come out one side is still dirty. So far this has occurred 3 times.

If you have an SUV with a wreck on top like most do, the manager says is this car wash cannot rinse you off. Take a look at the picture

Do not go here! I purchased the membership for $35 which was supposed to be their best wash but when I tried to use it didnt recognize it and they only gave me the cheapest with none of the protection its supposed to have!

Today I decided to give Zips a try since it is close to home and on the way from work. At the pay station I was greeted by a nice young man by the name of Dayron, who guided me through the steps of buying a wash while explaining the different memberships offered. After I ran my car through I inspected my car and was impressed by the job it had performed. Keep in mind my car was filthy at first and it was only the basic wash. Anyways, after the wash Dayron walked up to me asking how my experience was, and I must say, I am delighted with both the wash and customer service. You better believe Im coming back!

From the ratings I just saw, go to CIRCLE K! I have never had a hassle, and I get gas and a wash at the same time. I save $$ that way too.

Zips Car Wash is just another name for the car wash that was there before it just cost more than it did before and if you get a package deal they actually gave you a package of two small red rags two little glass cleaners there in a pack somewhat like a hand sanitizer pack it would be and two packets of Dash cleaner to clean your dash in your car. The little red rags are to dry your entire car so you do your own vacuuming as well. And its overpriced.

Will leave swirls in your paint. If you have a used car that has a little ware, this place is perfect. The monthly cost is fair and it does a good job getting your car clean. I have brand new cars with flawless paint and it left swirls on my previous car and a few light scratches and nicks.

A very generous rating. The car for cleaned but why pay someone to stand and play on his cellphone? The self serve wash buckets were filthy. I had to ASK the attendant to take care of it. The vacuums barely have suction enough to to clean. It was a convenient stop but not coming back here again.

I highly recommend anyone choosing this car wash for a monthly membership. Unlimited washes daily for $25 per month. I drive through twice in a row just because I can lol. I mean why not

The worst car wash location ever. You have to put your car through the car wash at least twice to get it clean. Then u have to dry it yourself because the dryer sucks. The vacuumes have no suction and when u tell the employees, they look at you like youre asking for too much.. I cancelled my membership today and I encourage anyone thinking of going there NOT TO!

I got a monthly pass for my car and I have a handicap scooter lift on it. When I got the pass they said everything was good. I went back 2 more times and got hastled because of the lift but they let me go through anyway. I went by today and they flat out said no way. They did refund my money but now I’ve got to go to a more expensive place. I’m a disabled Army Veteran and I feel discriminated against.

Not so great you don’t get all the complete service u pay for !!! Always make sure you pay attention to the service I had to go twice to get the full $20 service I paid for !!!! I would definitely try The car wash express it’s new and prices and membership are way cheaper and free towels freee vacuums

Not only does the actual carwash suck...they left a giant scratch on the side of our van. The kid working took a complaint and said to call back when a manager was there. Jokes on me, their phone doesnt work. They have all my information and havent bothered call or email to follow up on the incident.

One of my favorite spots to get my car washed, well cause its right next to Dunkin 😂 but every time i clean my car the employees are so awesome. And they take care of you. Im a short girl, you know where you have to open your door and clomb out the window to push a button. Well the young man ran over tell me do it for me, and made sure my car wash clean the way i like it.My ONLY suggestion is they get vaccums like the one on Pat Booker.Thank yall for being awesome.

I Love the fact that you can get Unlimited car washes, whenever you want, for one low price every month. However, services provided have changed. They no longer provide towels, glass cleaner, nor do they scrub your car down anymore before it enters the wash. These were main reasons why I kept my membership with them. Its the reason why I drive over 10miles to get my car washed at this location. I wish the new management or owners wld bring tht back.

Went there hoping I could get a wash that clean my car since I did pay for the highest wash and needles to say black stuff all over my hood and my rear didnt get washed at all.... Vacuum was not so powerful but did the job if you really put work and muscle into it.

Ali, Champ, and another employee were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help me get my car up and running when the battery went out after wash. Thank you gentlemen for your help.

Good car wash. Could use better vacuums

Stay away! Our car was damaged with over a foot long deep scratch on front fender extending to front passenger door after using automatic car wash. Reported to car wash attendent since there was no manager on duty. Only to be told we had no proof that car wash did damage. I pointed to sign that property was surveillanced thinking this would clear up any uncertainty of car wash where damage came from. Hoped car wash would do right thing after reviewing before and after wash camera footage. However, was told by manager Enrique their cameras are not able to see that type of detail. Really what are cameras there for then? We paid for a car wash not to have our vehicle to be damaged. Took longer than 72 hours for manager to respond. We had to keep following up. Did I mention we were offered 5 free car washes? We declined. Definitely not taking our SUV back again to a place that doesnt take responsibility for damage.Update: Our insurance said we should have filed police report and is trying to get carwash to pay. I had damage repaired minus $500 deductible.

Car wash was ok, but the dryer is trash...I had to hand dry my whole car. Disappointed with what I got for my money. Wash is a bit expensive with $20 for a premium wash that lasted maybe 3 minutes; pretty sure the price is to influence people to get the unlimited monthly member which would only cost $35/month for a premium wash. Also the vacuums are HORRIBLE. suction is terrible; I had to re-vacuum my car when I got home. Once again, I paid $20 for a single wash! I was considering getting the monthly membership because it would be worth it becuase it’s getting too cold to go to a self service but now I’m not so sure.

This is not a no touch car wash, damaged the paint on my car.

Service used to be great. .I dont know if management changed within the last couple of months or what????...drive thru attendant does not point out rules nor is his pre scrub up to par..and there are never any clean towels..I hope these minor issues are corrected in the near future

I just got robbed of $20, this was the worst car wash experience Ive ever had. I paid $20 I was thinking I was going to go thru the carwash, the guys would come out vacuum my car, wipe down the interior just like the wash tub does. Mind you the only reason why I didnt go to the Wash Tub up the street was because the wait was over an hour long, its a sunny day so of course everyone wants to get their car washed. So after I leave the car wash I pull up into the vacuum area wondering where the guy so he can wipe down my tires, the inside of my car, and vacuum and everything. Only to find out he says they dont do that anymore its some kind of a bullshit liability issue. So Im pissed trying to figure out what I just spent $20 for! He offers me another round through the carwash for free but what the hell do I need my car washed for again. I want the inside done that was the whole point! never going to come here again save your money spend $4 extra and go to wash tub!!

They recently changed owners with upgraded equipment providing better car washes.

Have been a customer since it opened I have 3 vehicles on the monthly program. Service had been great until about a month or so ago. No clean towels, no windex, only 2 vacuums at a time. Bad attitude from employees. The pre scrub has become a splash of water from the brush. Asked for the manager and the same responds I have received has been, Manager not here is out for 2 weeks in surgery . Another thing is what are the hours of service because apparently they close whenever they feel like. I have inquired about the service hours and were told it was from 7am to 8pm. Have been there at 7pm and was told they were closed. Really considering ending membership Management Please contact me

This place is trash the ripped the wiper arm off of my tahoe said they would file a claim when i went back to inquire about it they said rudely we arent responsible for stuff like that then they have been closed on multiple occasion this week all week when i asked the manager would they credit me a week since i pay monthly and he rudely stated you should have read your contract ! Note when i signed up they took my credit card and gave me a receipt that was it no contract what so ever so here i am paying again somewhere else to have my car washed ! I been a loyal customer for 5 months but im done with this place and there rudeness !!!!!

What a waste of money! My car was still dirty after and when I washed it by hand at home. As soon as I wet my car it got all soapy like the car wash left soap all over it!
