I am new to the Converse, TX. I was looking for a new barbershop and saw that this shop was closest. I booked an appointment online, but when I arrived my barber was not there. I was not greeted by anyone and was made to feel like I didn’t belong there. I was referred to as “a new dude” as if they don’t accept new customers. Please do not waste your time going here.

Great customer service, barbers are super friendly n adapts to everyone, my grandson was so excited to get his hair cut there for the second time! I recommend who ever is in need of a haircut, lineup, or even talk trash about football thats the place to be!

Not sure why, but they let my son sit in the Barber Shop waiting for One hour and 35 minutes, before telling him that they stopped accepting Walk-ins. I could have taken him somewhere else Im that frame. It was 6:13 p.m. when they decided to inform him of this. We arrived at 4:30 p.m.Ive been bringing him to this Barber Shop for over a year now. I was beyond upset.

Well I read the reviews and had a feeling this was going to be a waste of time but decided to give them a try any way. It was a total waste of time. I sat for over 10 minutes, 2 empty chairs with guys standing there never said hello have a set we will be with you in a few minutes just acted like I was not there. Guess these google reviews are right on track. Dont waste your time with this location, I am very surprised they are even in business.

I would give it zero stars of I could. My boyfriend went to get his hair cut and was waiting about and hour and a half. On top of being extremely rude. No one knows how to greet the other gents who walk in. Im not sure if it personal. My boyfriend went to high school with a couple of the barbers. And they have been nothing but rude and mean. Terrible business.

This f**king barbershop sucks...I took my son here and had to find him another barber to fix the f**k up...mothers dont waste your money on this place...take your child to a place where they take passion and pride in their work

Absolutely HORRIBLE! The first time I took my boys the guy cut their hair crooked. I decided to give it a second chance as this place was recommended to us. I made an appointment and we were there 5 min before. He was cutting someones hair so we waited. After he was done a lady just put her kid in the chair and he started cutting his hair. Really? How rude are these people? We stayed for only one of our boys hair to be cut and it wasnt a great job as we expected. I do NOT recommend this place.

I was just in there and is not very welcoming place. All employees there are very disrespectful and loud. I was in there to give them a chance because of all the bad reviews I have never there but now that I have been there I can tell you that I will never go in there again. The place is horrible!!!

I called to ask where they was located to get a cut, two min later I arrive and they told me that they were done for today. Barber hours says closes at 7:00pm I got rejected around 7:20pm.

One of the best barber shops in all of Texas I recommend Oscar Lee, the mans got Mad Skills on those Clippers.
