After the water heater in the attic gave way, releasing 50 gallons of water into the second, then first floors of our home, we called USAA to begin a claim. They assigned H2O Solutions to mitigate the damage and Ryan and crew showed up immediately. Very kind and professional. When the discussion shifted to repairs, I learned that H2O Solutions does this part of the job as well. Due to the great experience with the mitigation team, I decided to bring them on to complete the project. WOW! Amazing team. Joel took over for the rebuild and each step of the way, he communicated clearly and honestly. As with any project of this size, there were setbacks; as expected. However, the way they worked to minimize any issue and work with my family to complete the work was exemplary.Now, lets talk about the quality of work. H2O Solutions know what they are doing. The products are high quality and the craftsmanship is remarkable. They cleaned up after themselves daily and then thoroughly cleaned the house from top-to-bottom at the end.USAA should make immediate move to make H2O Solutions a go-to for water mitigation AND remodeling. If you have the option to choose this company, just do it!

A few months after moving into our home our master shower (upstairs) decided to flood our downstairs. Better still, it decided to do so around 9 oclock at night.Thats is when we got to meet Ryan Burk. Him and his brother Matt(the owner) live in Imperial Oaks and saw my wifes post on Imperial Oaks Facebook group. They showed up that night stopped the damage from getting worse and started the drying out process.After that, they worked with me on the insurance claim. They were very professional with the adjuster, but made sure we got everything covered that need to be done.After we had everything approved, I knew I wanted to take this time to redo and remodel everything we could. Changing the style and color schemes of the downstairs and completely upgrading the master shower.During demo and rebuild Matt or Ryan were giving me daily updates and were available 24/7. They would give me feedback on my ideas. not just the cost, but how it would effect the home long term and suggest alternatives would be less expensive and would produce a superior product in the end.They were able to meet and exceed everything we wanted on-time and under budget.In the near future we will be redoing the rest of the upstairs and H2O Solutions will get the job.

We experienced a undetected leak that turned into a health hazard with black mold in our bathroom, kitchen wall and cabinets... by the time it was discovered. Sense it was determined that it was our neighbors leak, they took full responsibility.Nevertheless, Ryan and Chris were a pleasure to deal with. Quick to respond to texts and always showed they cared by taking extra time And patience with me to explain the process In full details, what was to happen next and the best way to accomplish things in the safest manner. They also went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, with my grandmother living here. Hector and Jose were also professional, kind and considerate throughout the whole process. Chris coordinated well with our mold inspector, Blaine Regan, with Regan Environmental, to accomplish all work according to the strict remediation protocols set out in his plan.If I were ever to come into need, I would use them again for any remediation services and I would definitely recommend them to others.

H2O Solutions handled my claim with Progressive Insurance. Ryan Burk, Production Manager, was very punctual in getting fans and moisture removal equipment to the house and set up. His workers tore out carpet and opened walls and removed baseboards and such as was needed to get the house dried out. H2O was very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process of wall, ceiling, woodwork repair and all the painting and installing new flooring. Each of their contractors were on time, considerate and cleaned up after themselves each day.It was a pleasure to work with H2O and Ryan Burk and all their employees and contractors.

These guys are straightforward, easy to work with and transparent through the whole process.Which is hard to get these days with everything going on... I will always recommend them!!

We had a flood at our house the beginning of the year. Not a good way to start the year off, but we called H2O Solutions and they relieved some pain and suffering we were experiencing. It started with the mitigation process where they come out and dry your property out. Once your house is dried out, you then start demolition. H2O (Ryan & Chris Burk) were very responsive and always kept in communication with us of what was going on and what was to come. The crews were very prompt and courteous while on my property. Next to come is the rebuild (Matt Burk) and it was the same experience. Very responsive and took the time to go over details. We picked out our rebuild items and sat down with them which was a silver lining in this entire process. I would highly recommend H2O (Matt, Chris & Ryan) to anyone that wants their job done right with customer service in mind.

My family had a house fire so I hired H2O to remove damaged sheetrock, furniture, and electronics. I was told my electronics would be sent to Electronic Restoration Services(ERS) to be inspected, cleaned and restore what was salvageable. We had 3 T.V.s, a microwave, a dishwasher, and multiple other electronics that were nowhere near the room that was on fire, therefore I expected most of them would be restored. After no calls or emails I finally decided to call 7 weeks later and ask how my restorations were coming along and they informed me that all of my electronics were totaled out(unsalvageable), the fact that they made no effort to contact me tells me that they are unprofessional and untrustworthy will my valuable belongings. I would not recommend you do business with ERS either because it seems like they just mark all electronics as unsalvageable and keep them.

We have used and referred Chris on several occasions and each time, he went above and beyond. He doesnt hesitate to come out on the weekend or any time that you need him. He did what he said he would do and fixed our problems as expected. I would highly recommend him!

I personally had some value items that were lost when i hired H20 Solutions, i will never hire them again. I am one hundred percent sure that most of these reviews are created by H20 employees. Think about it how easy it is to create a fake email and type a review.

I had the displeasure of dealing with this company through the company that was restoring my house after water damage. They were recommended by them. Worst decision I ever made!! I was told they could pack up my house and store it until the restoration was complete. The first day of packing made it seem like they would do a great job because they brought in several ladies to do the packing with care and organization. But that was just a front. After that, the men did it. They broke much of my furniture, lost items, damaged much of my stuff and just threw items in boxes. Half a$$ wrapping fragile items if they wrapped at all!! I felt as though they didnt care or respect me and my property. The team lead was rude the entire time. The owner wouldnt take responsibility for his mens bad service or for much of the damage they caused. I wouldnt recommend or refer this company to anyone. Hate that I ever had to deal with them.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Employee comes out to assess water damage and promises I will hear from them in 2 hours . Never called. His truck breaks down and we have to jump it. First clue. I call office 6 times in 2 days wanting answers. All promises,no follow through. They never showed back up for 3 days and because of their failure to communicate we had to move out of our own house to sleep elsewhere . Totally incompetent . Called competitor and they got to work right away to fix problem
