Top Cut Tree Service is a very reputable business. Mike is easy to work with and his crew are experienced, intuitive, cautionary and respectful. They have all the equipment they need for tree trimming and tree removal. And clean up at the end. We have used this business several times over the years, always with positive results.

Top Cut Tree Service came to give me an estimate the same day I called. They completed the work 5 days later. They did everything I asked, in the way I asked, provided recommendations about what I wanted to have trimmed and cut, and cleaned up afterwards.There are a few words to say they did an excellent job and I am pleased to have selected them to do this work.

Because of the outstanding job Top Cut Tree Service provided, I was compelled to write a review. Mike the Owner came out and quickly provide us with a quote to remove a huge 80 Sweet Gum tree just 3 feet away from the back and a 50 Sweet gum in the front of the house . We were worried about branches falling on our home and damaging the roof. Mike assured us that they could remove the tree without damaging our home and they are insured in case of an accident. The crew showed up on the scheduled date and time, they were very professional and courteous. Wasnt long before the trees were gone and all debris were removed. They also ground the stumps below ground level and the cleanup job was perfection! I would highly recommend using Top Cut Tree Service and I will continue utilizing their services in the future!! These guys were great. Mike answered the phone and he is really easy to talk to, and its obvious that he know his stuff. A few pictures of my trees, and he gave me a quote that was right in line with what I expected.When the guys came out, they worked hard, they were extremely friendly, and they also knew their stuff. We joked, and had a great time, and when they got down to business my tree was removed, and 2 others trimmed within 2 hours. And that included cleaning up all of the branches and leaves, and stump removal.Top to bottom, these are great people to work with.

Mike, the owner, failed to show up for the estimate. Then continued to put off the job for 2 weeks though he kept committing to it. Then on the day they were finally supposed to come, Mike said he didn’t want to do it. Very strange and frustrating.

After receiving an estimate this morning, the crew arrived to cut down 3 large gumball trees and trim our live oak tree. They were very thorough and and left everything very clean. Highly recommend them!

I just think these guys are awesome. Im telling you I called around and got prices from a couple other companies and they want to charge me an arm and a leg. Mike gave me a very very fair price and did an amazing job on the front and backyard cut my trees back wonderfully. They look beautiful now Im so glad I found them. I had called top cut in regards to a few trees in my yard some i anticipated to be dead and another in a very precarious position over my mother in law quarters. I was able to obtain 4 bids and of all the companies I found that Top Cut was actually the quickest and most professional. I certainly appreciated that they were not difficult to get a hold of and will certainly recommend/ use them again.

Had 2 leaning trees and the stumps removed. One was a huge one leaning over the house. Quick service, did a great job, clean up was excellent and the price was really fair.

Wow talk about bad cutomer service. Called and asked if they do small jobs and the guy lead me on buy saying what needs to be done. Told him and he than proceeded to say not to waste his time and to call a different type of service. Telling a customer not to waste your time is very unprofessional and will recommend anyone that need tree service to stay away from this company.

I did some research on several tree cutting service companies and landed on Top Cut. Their price was competitive and the only company that offered to show their insurance papers. I wanted that since the 2 90ft trees we were having cut down and stumps grinded were right next to the house. The crew showed up on time and stayed for +/-5hrs until the whole yard was cleaned up.....couldnt even tell there had been 2 trees there. I will use Top Cut again and the owner is a very nice guy to deal with.

Its a busy time of year, but they made it to take out a big red oak that was starting to lean. Very nice, professional crew. They worked hard to get it done.

TOP CUT SAVED MY FAMILY(room)! Following the most recent tropical storm I had a nearly 50 magnolia come up from the soil, it was hoovering over our patio and family room. I called top cut at 10:30Pm expecting to get a recording or voicemail but Mike actually answered. withing 45 minutes his crew was out there with making quick work of the tree. I was in awe. They did such a good job cleaning up after themselves and even came back and filled the massive hole left by the roots! They are also insured fortunately however his team knows what to do and avoided any mishaps!

Holy Smokes! We found this guy on HomeAdvisor. We needed a small stump removed in our front yard. He reached out to us and let us know that his rates start at $300 no matter what the job and goes up from there; and when my wife told him that she wanted to talk with me about it and get back to him, he tried to shame her by telling her that he already paid $27.50 for the lead, so why wont she just let him come over and bid the job. We discussed it and against our better judgement, we set an appointment to meet at 9:00 the next morning. He never showed. In fact, he called my wife about 5 minutes before the appointment to cancel by voicemail. Well...he didnt hang up! Then spent the next 4 minutes saying how much he loathes his life and his job. At first we couldnt stop laughing, I mean seriously? All that aside, I called to let him know what he did and if he is that unhappy, maybe there are other things he could do. He didnt want to hear it...so now Im telling you! Lets help this guy out and not give him any business. Hes unprofessional and obviously hes lost his passion. I would stay away from Top Cut Tree Service!

Beware, this bunch tried to price gouge me.....in my opinion.Your response to my review was no accurate. I got 2 other bids for my tree work and your bid was triple the other 2. You took advantage of the situation and tried to price gouge me...no doubt about it.
