These vultures towed my car while having a visitors tag but apparently not in the right spot. $300 for a 3 mile tow. I called and the person was asleep and slurring her words, at 830am, normal business hours. Went immediately to pick it up after speaking with them, got there and guess what... no one there. No sign indicating that there is no staff at the sight or anything. Called and was told she would send someone to meet me, no ETA, no other info, so assumed someone had just left their post for a min. After 10 minutes called again and she informed me someone would arrive in the next hour or so. This is theft at its finest. I hope people realize predatory businesses like this should not exist.

After waiting for 45 mins, they overcharged me drastically after towing my car for an incredibly shady reason. Lady was rude and unprofessional and I honestly cant urge people to stay away enough. Awful!!! PS. To the owner, it is obvious that you do not work in an honest manner and many other reviews here say the same thing as I did. Im pretty sure the only good reviews have come from your family and you wouldnt have to reply to reviews on Google if you knew you were doing the right thing. Shady business!!!

Anytime I have a company vehicle break down and need a tow to a dealership/car shop he always answers, he’s on time, professional and careful with our trucks. I highly recommend him! I’ve used him for many years and will continue to do so! I even use him for my personal vehicles! I appreciate all your help Scott! You’ve been a life saver!

I Need To Speak With The Owner Of This Establishment. About A Problem I Encountered. If Not Legal Action Will Be Pursued.

My Son was stupid and his car was towed. It was on a Sunday but the girl made the trip out after I called to take my payment. She seemed to be in a bit of a mood at first but was not rude. By the end she was polite and that was that. It was a bit Pricey (%3 hundred and something for not even a full day) but if the kid wasnt stupid, it wouldnt have been there so 🤷‍♀️

Horrible service they took our parking permit off our vehicle so they could tow it. We are already talking with a lawyer. The lady in the office is not pleasent at all. We already call corporate. They are super shady

They will make up any reason to tow your car even from private property and legally parked! There was no sign or markings indicating it was a tow zone. They charge a minimum of $250 plus tax for one day. Contact TDLR, and file a complaint if you have been wrongfully towed.

One of the drivers nearly killed my family and I on Friday, September 29, 2017. We were on our way to San Antonio. I’m not sure why he purposely tried to run us off the road but he did. I called the police and gave the name of the company and a description of the driver. I’m not sure if they were able to follow up on our call with the despicable operator of the tow truck but I decided that this would be an effective way to get the attention of the business.

My kids bike was stolen. The police found it and this place picked it up. They won’t give me the bike back without paying them $100, but first asked for $200. So they are ransoming stolen merchandise. Want your kids bike back? Pay them more than the value of the bike and you get it back. Shameful. Scam. Rude. Mean.The first day I found out this place had our bike I called in the morning. Never got a call back. Called back at 1:30 and the woman that answered the phone was rude and heartless. She just talks over you the whole time.She said the owner would call me. He never did.

The owner was kind of rude. Not the best of conditions and road was all tore up.

The worst experience I have had in my entire life. I am 54 years old and never been talked to so disrespectfully. This is the first time I have made a complaint . The owner verbally abused the client before us . And then me and my son in law. Who by the way is African American. The gentleman before us was from Indian decent. Maybe its a race thing.

Worst experience ever! worst people to get towed by. originally was going to be charged 215 but they changed it to 292. They dont give out no information at all had to call the police because i was given no indication that i was towed. Also one of the workers ask if i had a learning disability. Which was really funny since im a petroleum engineer major at tamu. anyways you guys are welcome for the quick cash hope yall feel better about yourselfs.

They are scam artists. They should be investigated for fraud. Professional car thieves. Customer service is completely subpar.

My car was towed from an apartment complex I live in. My alignment was knocked out of wack and my tie rod was cracked. Total damage is $1200.00.

Driver almost hit me pulled onto oncoming traffic without looking.

These people drive aggressively and wrecklessly. I believe all of the other negative reviews. They shouldnt be on the road.
