I contacted Maids and Moore on a Wednesday night to have a deep cleaning on Thursday for a Realtor showing on Friday. I had never been a client before. M&M came out the next day and did a fantastic job, the house was super clean!!!! From the window to the tubs it looked and smelled amazing. When we get in our new home I will have M&M on a regular schedule. Highly recommended!

Communication with this office was great. It was very easy to get hold of people in the office and put in requests. Katelyn was always very helpful. The cleaning was another story. I paid for a deep clean and was disappointed with several things, so they sent out people to re-clean along with a quality control manager to check their work. These pictures are all from after the second cleaning crew came through to “fix” these things that I specifically said were not done. You can’t call it a deep clean if dust is left behind.

Having been longtime customers, we were quite disappointed with how the quality of service continued to decline. Whenever we would bring something up it would be fixed next visit but the visit after that it would be an issue once more. Once, I was even told it was unreasonable to expect my dirty home be clean in the allotted time due to the state in which we keep our home. We sweep and l/or vacuum at least twice a week outside of our cleaning service and we were told it was too dirty to expect it to be done in a timely manner. We were also promised a deep clean after resuming services due to Covid. This was not completed either. Lots of empty promises, felt like a bait and switch service which cost us a lot of money in the long run. We paused our service to test out another local company, and it was made clear that corners had been cut. Very disappointed, the people that came out to the house were very kind. We only had one incident with someone who wasn’t very nice or pleasant to be around.

Recently used their service for a move out cleaning, they did an exceptional job. The house looked brand new! It made out move a breeze and allowed us to have piece of mind during whats usually a very stressful time.

The ladies are always very polite, and clean very thoroughly even when I add things to what they normally do. One of them was even nice enough to show me how to remove stubborn, baked on stains from one of my wifes favorite casserole dishes! I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.

After doing a quick Google search Maids and Moore come up as the top hit and had great reviews. We decided to give them a try and have now been using them for several months. I contacted Maids and Moore to clean a rent house that had recently become vacant. I explained to them that the house is pretty dirty. I explained to them that all the carpet had been removed so the kitchen and bathrooms are what need the most attention. I was advised that it would be $250 for a make ready job. I agreed to the price and they came out a day later. I later received a call advising that they couldnt clean the house because there was an active roach problem, even though they had been there about an hour already. I told them I would have the roach problem taken care of and call them back to finish the job. I went to the house to see what was done. I arrived and found the lock box on the front door was unlocked. When i went inside I found the freezer door standing wide open and running. As I looked around I noticed that the air conditioner was turned down from 75 to 60 and running. As I continued to look around I then noticed the garage door was standing wide open letting all the AC out of the house and heat in. In the kitchen and bathrooms I could see that they had sprayed cleaner on stuff and just left it. I am just glad I made an unscheduled visit to the property and found all this before the AC or refrigerator was damaged. I later received a call from them and was advised that it was going to twice the original. It was now going to be $500 to clean the house. I had advised them that the house was pretty dirty when they quoted the original price. I understand wanting more money to clean the house, but leaving the house in that condition is not professional or acceptable.

I highly recommend Maids & Moore out of Conroe! They did an amazing job! They not only cleaned above my expectation, they left Aubrie a bow made from toilet paper on her toilet which she loved, and all of my hand towels that hang in the kitchen and bathrooms were folded up so cute it was like walking into a hotel and finding little surprises they did for us! Absolutely made my day!

I can’t say enough good things about the ladies from Maids and Moore in Conroe. We had a disaster of a move because of a flooring project and had to alter our original deep clean plans, but this company responded as quickly as possible to our new booking plans.The attention to detail the ladies provided was astonishing! Our standing shower was caked in soap scum from the previous resident, but it now looks almost brand new! They took great care of all the baseboards, blinds, windows, and all the small little things needed in a deep clean. The ladies were even very understanding of my hyper dogs trying to get in the way every now and then despite my best efforts.If you are looking for outstanding service then I would look no further. I hope to have the same crew here again for bi monthly or monthly cleaning services.

After a very difficult move and a last-minute cancellation from another cleaning service maids and Moore not only quote did me and set me up an appointment with in 5 minutes on the phone as well as had a cleaning service out to my home within the hour and to make things even better was the team Kelly, Lesly & Patricia! These wonderful ladies went above and beyond the service we were looking for they were friendly and just an overall blessing I will only use this company in the future and suggest it to all my friends and family.

I would double up their stars if I could. I originally started using Maids and More-Conroe just to get help with making my home shine before listing it for sale. The very first time I came home, I cried a little. It looked so beautiful and organized. At that point I decided to keep them coming.Everyone that has come out to my house in the past 6 weeks has done an amazing job. I had a great experience with this company. They were fast, clean, and so very respectful! During their visit a bathroom mirror accidentally broke, and they completely replaced it making sure to match the old one and other existing mirrors in the house. They also sent me photos of the entire experience, since I couldnt be there to witness the work. Theyre easy to schedule with and easy to pay online. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.

I am retired and have reached an age and physical ability that I have difficulty in doing any heavy duty cleaning especially the floors d/t back issues. I have never had a maid service before. So this was a new experience for me. The two young ladies that came to clean my home were very sweet and personable as well as professional. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nicely cleaned and sanitized as well. I was totally impressed. I paid for the service that is designed to get your home ready to sell- I cleaned the home myself after they performed service on my home. They came out a second time and the issues were still not corrected. They show up to your home with almost no supplies and the clean you get reflects that. I would suggest looking for another cleaning company in Conroe.

Just signed up for a bi-monthly cleaning, wow was this company good. The details are what always sets apart a cleaning company in my eyes, and they KILLED IT. Tried wiping my finger over the top of picture frames, spotless. They hit everything top to bottom and I couldnt be happier with the work. One of the cleaners was a little rough with some of the things. A glass cross fell and had a minor chunk taken out. Did really good, just maybe moved a little too fast and careless at times.

Because they knew it was for a special occasion they were even more diligent in their effort than usual. They spent extra time to attend to even the most minute detail to insure my day was all I had hoped it would be. Katelyn, the co-owner, even stopped by mid-day to check on the progress and inspect that the work was being completed to her expectations for my day... which far exceeded my expectations! To give an overview: I work two jobs (between 60-70 hours a week), I have 4 dogs (one being a very energetic 6 month old lab), a cat, and a mother with PLS (who can no longer walk). So, I am constantly busy taking care of everything BUT my house.. Life has OVERWHELMED me in the two years since I built my home. Dark wood floors sounded like a great idea... until you have 4 dogs tracking their muddy paws in day in and day out. Every free hour that I have to myself, Im always thinking about what I need to clean and what needs to be done in my home. I havent had company over in months. I honestly was embarrassed (even to have a cleaning service come in) at the condition of my home between the fur, muddy paw prints, the wet-dog odors...I finally hired Maids and Moore for their initial deep clean and bi-weekly services. I came home today after my initial cleaning from Kelly, Shirley, and Perla to find my house spotless and beautiful. Baseboards clean (which really pop against dark wood floors), tubs clean (one of which my cat had made his hideout), no dust ANYWHERE. For the first time, in a very long time, I feel like I can maintain my home without feeling overwhelmed. 5 stars really doesnt do justice for the job they did. Very professional and thorough. I am really looking forward to the bi-weekly cleanings and keeping my home in tip-top shape! You ladies have lifted a bigger weight from my shoulders than you realize. Cleaning service is absolutely horrible!! I have hardwood floors throughout the house, they didn’t clean under the beds ( see attached picture) and behind curtains. Also they did not even touch some toilets, I have 5 bathrooms and only master toilet was regularly cleaned. Dana said that she going to add some note under my name for cleaning stuff to let them know that I expect to have all toilets cleaned and under all beds too. Isn’t it ridiculous that you have to have a note , otherwise they not going to clean certain areas??? Also during the services we noticed that curtain items went missing!! Namely some of my dresses and cosmetics. Would NOT recommend to anyone this company!!

Great cleaning and timely, did more than I expected with folding laundry on our dresser from my husband and on my daughters bed that I left for her to fold so she will be greatly pleased when she gets home!

Maids and Moore did a cleanup from a flood we had Dried up and reconstruction dust. It was Horrible mess to clean up but Katelyn and her Great Crew came out and did a Awesome Clean for us. HIGHLY Recommended....

I really wanted to love this service, and a couple of times when a certain woman came, I did. However, the quality of work varied greatly from week to week. The last two times were very disappointing. I don’t think for the very high rates we were paying that I should have been sweeping piles of debris off the floor, scraping food off countertops, and scrubbing toilets 10 minutes after they left. And this after I basically cleaned before they came because I couldn’t ever bring myself to allow them to deal with our day-to-day clutter. Just no consistency. When I overhear their own maids saying what a poor job the last crew did... Time to look elsewhere.

I just recently had my apartment cleaned this past weekend. Lets just start by saying that I was completely blind sided and pretty much given the wrong information. I asked numerous of times about the pricing and how it worked and Rebecca quoted me one thing and when I called they were charging me for about 120 for what they call cleaning. The two hispanic ladies that came to my place did a terrible job, so terrible that me and my fiance had to go back and pretty much fix their work ourselves. Even though, my fiance told them to stop at a certain time to not go over the minimum, and because we had to go, she still kept going. They were trying to charge me for the time that she knew to stop. Before all of that, I was told by Katelyn that the maids would call me atleast 30 minutes prior to my apartment being cleaned, and the maids called me 10 minutes prior to them being at my old place. I was furious because I had to rush to get not only me ready, but my children as well. When I spoke to the hispanic lady with the glasses on the phone, she had an attitude as if I was the one who was in the wrong. So, we get to my old place within 15 minutes after she called. The maids didnt show up until 31 minutes later than the 10 minutes. How do you call me and tell me that youre 10 minutes away, and get there later? The non speaking English lady spent almost 45 minutes in one room, in which wasnt dirty at all. My whole place I had cleaned myself already and I just wanted the maids to come in and pretty much just make it look more sparkly. I was really disappointed with the customer service as well as the maids. My fiance is hispanic and he told them both in English and Spanish on what to do, and the job still wasnt done correctly, even in the time that we wanted them to stop. I will NEVER go through this again, and I can assure that a lesson was definitely learned. I lost a 100 dollars to this company, because of the miscommunication, but its okay because the ladies needed more than I did..Update:I know what was sent to my email, but an email and verbally telling me something different isnt the same. Again, after my fiance told her to stop at the EXACT hour and 1/2 she didnt stop. She in fact told him to call you all and let you know and that you would be able to credit back what they didnt do routine clean. When she called me at 11:55, she stated that she was 10 minutes away from my old apartments. Katelyn you told me that you would have them notify me atleast 30 minutes prior to arriving to my old apartments, so that it would give me the adequate amount of time to get there. When we arrived to the apartments, we were waiting on the maids, and I ended up having to call them at 12:23(way after the 10 minute time to be there) asking if they were still coming. But, your workers didnt arrive until 12:26 to my apartments. The time that they did start cleaning was at EXACTLY 12:30. I have all of this noted as well. Again, I know better now then to use a maid, when in fact we couldve done what they called cleaning in that hour and 1/2. Im glad they were paid, but lets just state facts. If Rebecca would have been more precise and clear with her verbally telling me what she did, then I wouldve been okay. Thank you for your services, and I will take my business else where.
