Excellent customer service, and they know their business. Very understanding of older relative’s need for nothing drastically different in style so he can comprehend how it works. Will continue using this place for hearing aids and highly recommend!

This is one of the most unprofessional, disorganized and poorly run businesses around. The staff was argumentative, failed to follow through with treatment plans and was rude and inconsiderate. Don’t waste your time or money!

This establishment only cares about $$$ they make it seem like your hearing is worse than what it actually is (after the hearing test) and then try to sell you the most expensive hearing aid they can regardless if you can pay for it or not.
