We do not recommend Window & Door Works. We hired them to install glass and order a door for a metal wall frame. The salesperson/owner, Lee, does not give updates on material lead times unless you call him. After waiting a long period for a door, his SUBCONTRACTOR finally came out for installation. It took them 3 days - after all said and done - his SUBCONTRACTOR damaged the metal trim, got paint on the new glass in multiple places, and drilled holes in the door in the wrong place for hinges.Lee, owner/salesperson, came out and agreed it was not quality workmanship and a terrible job.He agreed to waive the balance we owed and to replace the damaged trim.But now, we have been waiting weeks for replacement metal trim with no response back.AGAIN - we are the ones having to continuously call for an update.Craftsmanship - TERRIBLECustomer Service - TERRIBLETried calling again today for an update - voicemail full.

Might as well do it yourself.I had an exterior door installed on my home and the installers did not seem to communicate with the office. When I ordered the door they said they would be able to install it the following week, when that day came around I had to call them because they did not send a confirmation or anything to me letting me know they would come out. Turns out the door I needed was not in stock as the sales guy that I talked to told me, and they needed to come out and measure for the door. (this was never talked about) after coming and measuring they informed me it would be another week.. ok .. the install day came and again, no call or confirmation. so I called them and they said they would be out in an hour witch was an hour after they told me they would be there when they did the consultation the week previously.. then the installer cam about an hour after he said he would be there, leaving me waiting for him half the day.. all that to get to the install...After installation I came and looked at the door and the workmanship was very mediocre. the trim was not lined up very well, several pieces of hardy siding was chipped and caulked back on and a nail was obviously shot through the weather-stripping. When I asked about it the installer said its ok.. not sure what that means.. All in all I should have just went to Home Depot and bought a door and installed it myself. Thats about the same quality of work that was done.

Well I was going to give it a five star review in the beginning and it ended up being one star review where to start? The manager came out and did the consultation on the windows and the door and I expressed my urgency to him he promised fri but guaranteed sat! Well Friday came along and he didnt even call to let me know anything! I had to call him Saturday and he told me he wouldnt be able to install windows until Tuesday after guaranteed me Saturday! Then he states You know what Ill have my guy go pick up the windows And make sure he gets it for Monday! well Monday comes along and around noon the installer gets here! Then he tells me the windows were measured wrong and that he also was missing the beading of the window which is the lining! I’m totally freaked out now! The installer says he needs that to install windows so he proceeds to call the manager and the manager told him To install the window without the lining! (Red flag) The installer promised me he would bring the lining the next day! Well in the process the window fell out of my window so I still have a broken window after the installation?! At this point I am livid and want to cry! The installer calls the manager! Well now it’s gonna be days before I get the window fixed and the manager didn’t even have the common courtesy to speak to me and let me know how he was going to handle the situation! He was actually very rude to me and I didnt appreciate it! He said he can make me wait seven days to get the replacement put in and that it will be the end of the week or maybe mid week!!! OMG but it wasnt my fault that the installer didnt have the lining to put in the window to keep the window in the correct position!Anyways long story short I will never call them again ever!! my window was installed without the lining in there! And now he said I have to pay $75 for each window side lining! What? I’m confused cause the installer promised to bring it and fix it next day and never did!! Manager and installer were very very unprofessional!!

If you need used doors and windows, this place has em all....Enjoyed these folks.

The sales man is very knowledgeable helped me pick out the perfect windows for our house! Very happy with the $100+ that i will be saving on my electrical bill!

I had to have a large older window with a seal failure replaced. Lee was excellent to work with, he was very professional and efficient as well as the installer. They did an excellent job!

Do Not Trust this company. The owner was very manipulate. When he gave me an estimate he told the windows will be 100% better than I had before. I trusted him and used him because his wife worked with me and she told me about her husband. He were very nice and gave me first quote cheaper the second one when I told him I misplaced first one. Long story short, he changed his story all the time. He replaced my windows about 2 years ago. He told me will be one tempered glasses in my living room and two tempered glasses in my master. But he was liar. Now we are selling our house and inspection report stated not tempered. I called him. He manipulated story that I refused tempered which is I was not. As a professional, he should never accept job against the code and he did them and took my money. Now I called back asked him to fix them. He said, “it is not too late. It will be another $2000 for 2 tempered glasses” Anyway, last couple months, I ordered 3 bathroom mirror from him. And I asked him call us 30 minutes before they come. He didn’t call me until 20 minutes and refused to wait for my mom and left infront door. When my mother got there, One of edge of mirror crack. I called him. Guess what he said “ they all were ok and he took pictures sent to me but not edge” I just wonder why his staffs had to go that quick and refused to wait for my mother? Why he had to take pictures but not edge sent to me to prove what?? Innocent? It doesn’t matter what you denied or liar to others but one person can see everything you did Lee? Jesus. Everything you done bad or good, you might not have to pay but your children. I hope that you stop doing this crappy job or you will loose everything one day soon, not just your business but family too. Be honest and professional!!! He did promised a lot but always wrong. Now my windows are against code!!! Please please do not use him. He was not professional. He was nice when he give an estimate but he got job, everything will change!!! I even talked to his wife one time at work. She said talked to him but now with all these happens I texted her, of course she ignored me. We are thinking to use attorney!!! I wish I can put him -0, not even one. No Responsibility!!!!

Do not trust, they do not know how to install. I gave them page from mfgr of window and Leroy argued about tapping, they did not caulk. Did not use a level. They Refuse to provide window warranty on letterhead listing windows purchased.

Great looking professional work. But after 10 months, the veneer on my custom door has started to peel off...I contacted the business to fix it, but no reply.
