My son is an elite gymnast who was having some mental struggles that he wasnt even aware of halfway through meet season. We decided to give the sports performance hypnotherapy a shot because why not? We had nothing to lose really. After just two sessions, there was a significant breakthrough. He went on to make the Jr. National Team at the USA Gymnastics Championships in June. I was a bit skeptical about hypnosis, but felt like I was at a significant mental wall, and with no idea how to get over it. I gave it a sincere effort and was sold on my first session! Not sure how it worked, but Jaye helped me learn to relax and enjoy myself more on the golf course. My putting improved markedly and so have my scores!
