I’m selling my home , came to the office they only had part of the paperwork for me to sign couldn’t come back the same day due to work, So I called today to coordinate a time and I was transferred to someone by the name of Casey and she did not know I had been there the day before etc. so I tried to explain to her what was going on Instead of listening she just blurs out “YOUR GOING TO BE IN VIOLATION IF YOU DON’T COME IN TODAY AND SIGN ETC...” women if I didn’t want to sell my home I wouldn’t have came the day before to sign and I wouldn’t be calling today to coordinate a time. She yelled at me didn’t take her time to listen to me it’s already stressful/sad letting go of your home so getting yelled at by someone who clearly didn’t know what was going on was very uncalled for. I spoke to my realtor because I can’t believe that they would even give business to a company like this. So if you call this company make sure not to ever speak to CASEY because she won’t listen to you she will speak over you and make her own little ignorant conclusions in her head about your situation. SO NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY wether your selling or buying , Stay away there’s a reason why there’s so many bad reviews.

Our representative was very nice. She even gave my little girl a coloring book to draw on while we signed the papers. Very professional and friendly staff. I will use them in the future.

Over the spring First American Title received our contract to close on my deceased mothers home. This was a highly sensitive transaction for us considering the circumstances. I had high expectations and felt comfortable working with Becky Boland at the beginning of our journey. As time progressed, we feel that there was a lot of favoritism to two of the four beneficiaries. Leaving the other two in dark as to when the closing was and how the proceeds were going to be dispersed.

I absolutely love taking clients to First American Title for closings. They treat every client with respect and admiration. The process is clearly explained and easy to understand. From start to finish they are clearly people oriented.
