The telehandler ordered arrived on schedule and was the capacity and size required. However it was exceptionally dirty and looked as if it had just been pulled off another site, without cleaning or checking.

Once again we have been overcharged. This time we had the machine 1day and were charged for a week. I am still disputing an invoice from last year where we were charged for a month and only had the machine for 1 week.

Always on time and good equipment.

Every time I get told a price, they charge my card way over the amount I was given. I got a concrete Saw at a rate of $114.00 for the day, I used it for a hour and returned it the very next morning and they charged me $300.00. Last time they got me for 600.00 for 1 day because they closed on the Saturday morning I was there to return, and I brought it in bright and early Monday, they still had no remorse. The guys in the shop are good people, I will say.

Great experience. We rented a trailer bed and a tiller to prepare a landscape bed. The equipment was all in great condition and worked flawlessly. Would definitely recommend them, and will likely use them again in the future.

DO NOT RENT FROM UNITED RENTALS - I needed a backhoe across the street from United for a week. I called Friday to reserve a unit. Salesman Matt took my reservation and said that he would call me back later that afternoon to confirm. He never called. So I called United and spoke to the manager Matt. He said I needed to fill out a credit application, so I did. I arrived on Monday with two men and guess what; United does not have my reservation and does not have a backhoe. I called Sunbelt Rentals and they took care of everything including the two other pieces of equipment I rented for the project in addition to the backhoe.

I was looking for a rather unique item to rent. I called United Rentals and spoke to Anthony. I could not have asked for a more helpful and professional team member. I will definitely call them again next time.

Dont go here,got a quote for 220 , were told could use our trailer, but when we got there, were then told no, because it didnt have a metal bottom,ok,so they delivered it, ended up costing us over 500!

I rent a lot of equipment and if I come to a problem they take care of it no questions asked. The sales person that took care of me went out of his way to get me what I needed and got it in a timely manner

Pre ordered a trencher and when I got there with my trailer they won’t rent it to me because my trailer ball is attached to my bumped..

United Rentals in conroe will bend you over and give it to you in a heartbeat. Even talked to the manager there and he could care less. If you don’t call around and get pricing you will over pay big time. Rented a bobcat for two days and they were $400 more then bobcat of Houston in conroe. FYI that’s where they get all their parts for there bobcats. Seen the bastards there the other day.
