The customer service was great! The guy was really nice, did a great job on pre-cleaning our truck. The only downfall, the free vacuums werent powerful. But all in all, I would return!

Oscar, the owner used to manage the suds car wash on 105. He has always been a stand up person who is conscientious, honest and meticulous. When he left to go out in his own it was only natural that I would follow him. I warmly recommend Oscar and Lake Conroe Car Wash.

Great car wash company. They scrub the bugs off, then you stay in your car through the automated wash. You vacuum your own car in covered area. They supply towels to wipe your car down, and you put them back in the basket to be washed when youre done. This will be my new car wash spot!

Really made our vehicle shine inside and outside for $22

If you want your paint job scratched up and ruined, go here! Hard rubber washers that will put white lines all through your paint. Took four hours to repair my truck. Stay away from this place!!!!This happened twice. I didn’t notice the scratches until I went to wax my truck. White lines all over the cab and bed right after my second trip.

Lousy set up. Only 1 guy working so he wasn’t helpful and couldn’t provide towels while water spots dried on my car. My car was in partial sun because he parked his big black truck in the shade.Apparently, too much for one guy to do, so it didn’t get done. Not sure anyone could check people in, explain the process, collect CC and customer information, do the prewash, direct us onto the conveyor, and set out clean towels, collect dirty ones, and wash themI’ll give it another shot to see if this works for me.😐

Took my car there this morning. Very pleased, but I’m curious. Is this business a licensed subsidiary of the official NASCAR brand? Are there more locations?

I liked the bit of pre-wash scrub from the guys which got my hopes up but the wheel wash was poor. I always prep mine with 409 to start dissolving the brake dust and they were still really bad. I did like the free micro fiber cloths and ruined a couple possibly on my wheels. Guy on my left complained about his vacuum and guy on my right complained about the overall wash.

Great. The pre wash work that they do by hand is awesome (they hand clean your windows, scrub the front - getting all those bugs! Someone also does the back). Professional team working it - polite and my husband really liked the prewash! Not over priced and you get a lot for what you pay.

Pretty great. About as thorough of a clean you can get with a drive thru car wash. Tip them highschoolers working there too, they gotta buy their prom suits somehow.

I tried out NASCAR car wash for the first time today... even after running it through a second time, the car was still not clean. I typically would have given this business another couple of tries before formulating a review, but the response I got from Keith Clegg, who I assume is the owner of both the car wash and Sinclair Motors, was extremely disappointing.The attendant, and only one there, appeared to be under 18, smoking like a chimney. No complaints, took my money, gave the car a few scrubs around the edges, and off I went. Once the cycle was through, I stopped off at the vacuums to give a quick once over of the floor mats. The first vacuum didn’t have an attachment on the hose, the second had the attachment, but must have been full at 8:30 in the morning, because it had no suction.When finished, I looked at the top of the car, through the water that wasn’t blown away by the car wash dryers, and saw the same pollen that was on the car to begin with... now beaten down with the brushes from the car wash. I took it over to show the attendant, thinking we could run it through again, and when he saw it, touched it, and though about it, decided it was water... seriously? He proceeded to debate this, and all I could think was “this kid must be high”. Instead of arguing, I just asked for a refund... “No Refunds”, and he walked away. I asked for the manager. Still walking away, “he’s not here”. Finally asked for his number and the attendant gave me a card.Amped up a bit from the conversation with the attendant, I called Keith Clegg, and tried to explain the situation and that I wanted a refund, I ended up getting attitude from him as well... needless to say, we settled on running the car back through. Drive back up, attendant lighting up another cigarette, and after debate and him saying that I didn’t talk to Keith, finally we run it back through... you guessed it, no improvement.I would have put this off to a one-off bad experience and the equipment must have needed to be calibrated, but after the dealings with both the attendant and the boss... I can see this is just status quo.I’ll do myself a favor and go elsewhere... may I suggest you folks do the same.

Came to this car wash a few days ago and it was a excellent experience the young man with tattoos, Keian was his name rang me up and helped me into the wash he gave my car a prewash to get all the extra mud and what not off my car and it came out sparkling clean I will definitely be coming back now after such a great experience from the employee

If I could give zero starts I would. I was desperate to find a car wash similar to quick quack. This was NOT the right choice. I understand having foam brushes but I wouod not reccomend someone with a very sorry vehilce to give this place a visit. To top it off they had horrible vaccums that were complementary although DID NOT work what do ever. I have children, I need a strong vacuum to pick up the mess. Never going here again.

Their equipment tore off my driver side mirror, and also ripped off a shroud underneath my vehicle. The employee gave no concern and was extremely rude.

I’ve came here 3 seperate times when their website says they are open. But then I arrive to find it’s actually closed. Very annoying.

If you care about your car, take it somewhere else. The brushes/wheels that clean your car are filthy. I didnt see any fresh soap dispensed nor any liquid shield/polish. This is the saddest carwash I think Ive ever been too. My car is dirtier now than before I entered.

Not sure about their car cleaning services but one of the employees cut me off right outside of the business and then invited me to the business to fight, but ran inside and locked their door when confronted about the situation.

Way over priced ($16 for exterior/wheels/tires) and does not clean as well as Quick Quack or Blue Wave. I had to reclean my wheels/tires when I got home.
