I agreed to a foundation repair (leveling and some beam replacement) with Conroe Foundation Repair and a price of $4500. After the job was underway I was told there were more damaged beams not detected during initial bid process and I agreed to pay an additional $2000. to replace them.The company finished the job and I paid them $6500.Several months later a plumbing contractor working under the house let me know one of the exterior beams was in very poor condition. It had rot and/or termite damage so bad that it was broken in half and had fallen to the ground. I called George out to see since there was a 5 year guarantee and after inspecting he told me he missed that one (even though a beam perpendicular to it had been replaced.) Georges son mumbled, We cant replace all of them, while walking away to get in his truck. George told me it would be an additional $750. to replace that beam.I find it hard to believe that an exterior perimeter beam which is structurally important to the house could be so carelessly overlooked. The guarantee I was given clearly means nothing, Georges sons comment and dismissal of the situation was completely unprofessional, and now I have to pay additional money to make it right.If I were you I would NOT use Conroe Foundation Repair. Their initial inspection of my foundation was sad, and they raised the initial bid by $2000, refused to correct work that was not completed, and left me hanging. I suppose with 3 reviews on this site that a five star rating is possible but beware: If you use them, I hope they dont leave you in the position that they left me.

We are SOO happy with the work they did. Everything came out awesome. Very respectful and professional too.

Quality work in a timely manner. Wouldnt call anyone else.
