Didnt even plug the machine in the wall before telling me I needed a new motor. Nate said it would be $350-450 for the motor replacement and there was no guarantee it would fix it. Nate also said it may be the $150 control board also no guarantee. Nate does not know how to diagnose appliances and using a meter to test parts is easy above his head. This is a appliance repair scam designed to sell you the most expensive parts and labor they can.After paying the $60 to have a random dude that knows nothing about how repair appliances, I did it myself. It was a hall effect sensor for the motor. $11.47 on Amazon. Avoid MAX Appliances repair.

Nate was very professional and he said within 48 hours it should be running proper and I he made sure I know about my warranty. Hopefully it does work and there will be no longer in problems. Will update later on how long t is working. Nate is super sweet and professional so sweet anticipate complete satisfaction. I was super satisfied with Nate as my repair guy!

Tech (Nate) was disrespectful and impatient. Paid $60 to have a guy show up and say we needed to replace two parts before even plugging the washer into the wall. Zero diagnostic work at all. Then said I needed to replace the entire motor and the control panel. Untrained techs (Nate) should not be sent to customer homes for service repairs. If I wanted to just change parts until the washer worked I could have done it without paying MAX 60 bucks. Save your money and call someone else. 5.5 stars seems like someone has been padding their reviews.

On time company when scheduled.....BUT it doesnt matter if u are on time if you over charge a client to fix the problem and yet it didnt get fixed until days later !!! As well damage things and not fix them. Avoid these guys unless u want to be charged hundreds of dollars for Chinese Amazon parts being put on your equipment........

Nate was very professional. He gave me a heads up he would be arriving an hour early. He diagnosed the issue quickly and resolved it at a reasonable price. I am satisfied with the work and will be utilizing them for any future appliance repairs.

He called and said that he could arrive early and was waiting when I arrived home. He quickly determined the problem and gave me a quote of the services to be performed. It took about 90 minutes but he even cleaned up behind himself. We will definitely use Nate again when we need to get an appliance repaired. We recommend that you do too!

Nate very quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher and fixed the leak by replacing the sump pump the same visit with a part he had on the truck. The price was reasonable and he was very efficient and courteous. I recommend this company.

Called at 8:30 for a refrigerator repair, Nate was at my house by 10:00.. quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad compressor, had the part in his vehicle, and the refrigerator was back up and running before noon. I am so very happy with everything, I would gladly recommend Max Aapliance Repair and Nate to everyone!

They came , gave me a quote and said my compressor and something to do with electrical went out, got them to come a few days later to fix it and they got the compressor that was actually out fixed on the refrigerator but honestly Very unprofessional by technicians, taking off a “supposedly bad part” which was the electrical as well (according to them)from my refrigerator and wanting to replace it with the same one. The part was good all along. I noticed it right away when they came back with the “new part”. I do not recommend this place at all, the techs are just trying to scam people and take money for themselves.

Oven wasnt heating up and house was smelling like gas. Nate came over, identified the problem within 30 seconds. Told me how much it would cost and how long it would take to fix. He had the replacement starter in his vehicle and finished replacing it all in about 35 minutes. He tested everything before he left and its been working perfectly since then. Will call Nate again if we need additional appliance help.

Very happy Nate was able to repair my old refrigerator. He actually arrived early (texted first) and spent an hour (or so) on it while explaining what he was doing and what I need to do to make it last longer. It is now running like it is supposed to be! Thanks Nate.

Excellent service with appropriate pricing. I called and a service representative came out that same afternoon and successfully repaired my freezer. Had it up and running in no time. Courteous and gave me an estimate before starting and what he said was the problem with my freezer was exactly correct. I highly recommend this company.

Called Max Appliance on 08/12 and was seen on 08/13. Nate was very thorough on what could be wrong, cost, and warranty. He completed the repair quickly and confirmed the machine was working. Nate was very polite, efficient, and professional.

Nad was very helpful and handy when he came out to fix my washing machine about three weeks ago. The easy answer is that there is a major part that needed to be replaced costing a lot of money and requiring time to get ordered and delivered. He was able to repair the part… And three weeks later everything is still working swimmingly! Quite impressed.

We had a problem with our LG stove/oven range and I found Max Appliances on-line and decided to give them a try. Nate our technician was able to come the same day, ordered the part and came the following day. Very pleased with his work.

Very nice and prompt. Unfortunately not well equipped to work on an LG French door refrigerator. The cost for him to try and fix the problem was $225. He told me the cost to repair it if it was the compressor would be so costly that I may want to consider a new one. It did not work so I unplugged it.I told our kids and they referred me to Champion Appliance Service, LLC Conroe, TX 77304 ... He brought all of the parts for the refrigerator plus the dishwasher just with a simple conversation with me over the phone.The entire invoice was only $556.44 including parts and labor. No new refrigerator or dishwasher required.Very nice and prompt but not knowledgeable on LG products and the companies parts warranty.

Guy came and looked at my dryer that I had already disassembled for 3 minutes and charged me $60... for nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My refrigerator had a couple things wrong with it, the fan had blown out and also water would leak from the back while dispensing water. The handsome 👀 technician Gary was prompt in getting the parts needed and installed them within minutes. He replaced the hosing and the fan motor in the freezer. I found an additional hose broken later on and he came back and rebuilt the tubing with some parts he had instead of ordering a new hose. Overall I’m very satisfied with the work done, and I would call them for any future projects I may have.
