They are a joke when they dont know from a good parent from a wrong parent that dont need kids. DCS worker favors and gives in to parents that dont need them.

Made several calls only to be redirected to another person, only to be redirected to a voicemail, only to never be called back, called several times, finally received a call back 2 weeks later to be told that the person whom I was calling was not even the correct person anymore and I should be calling someone else. Just a big runaround, and makes you want give up.

I have no kids but from what Ive witnessed, they are over judgmental and stick their nose in matters that dont really matter.

Friendly staff. Great at what they do. Hard workers.
