Eric was amazing when my mom passed. He really went above and beyond to make sure it went well for me. He listened to me and anticipated my needs without me even telling him. I had no idea how to plan a funeral and he walked me through everything to mindfully. Going with them was a great decision.

Eric and Stephanie are absolutely INCREDIBLE people and EXTREMELY amazing at what they do. They went above & beyond for our family when my beloved grandmother passed away in 2015. They treated our ENTIRE massive family as if we were their own family. I couldnt possibly praise them enough. Everything from top to bottom was taken care of with emense care by them. For such a difficult time and journey- everything was perfect and handled with such genuine, thorough care, from beginning to end. I recommend them to anyone in the Ashtabula County area who is looking to be taken care of during their time of grief.

Eric and Stephanie and their staff have been wonderful to the McCroskey family and also when my late husband, Elvin Harrison passed away. They was kind and caring and I highly recommend this funeral home.
