My mother had her carpets done and I cant even tell they were cleaned. Very disappointed in the job done!! When the carpet was wet it looked a little better but as soon as it dried it looked exactly the same. No stains were removed. I would def not recommend them.

Were on time - mindful of covid for me and them - went over and above to remove stains in carpet and also removed rust strains from countertops without additional charge - couldnt ask for better service

This was my first time ever having stanley, and all I can say is Amazing service! I can not rave enough about this company and the A1 quality of service they provide. My carpets look wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and professional . I will absolutely be calling again for future cleanings.

We called to get our furniture cleaned. They were at our door in an hour. Our furniture has not looked this good in a long time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I called 4/15/2015 to have my carpet cleaned. I was offered same-day service. The owner (Jeff) stopped by in the afternoon and completed the job. He did an outstanding job, was very professional, timely, courteous, and is a people person. I had to call back on 4/17/2015 (2 days later) to ask if he could come back to touch up a spot on the carpet that happened after he left (red wine spill). He was in the area and was at my house in about 45 minutes to touch up the spot (no more spot). This was not my first time using Stanley Steemer and it wont be my last. Long story short....if you need your carpets steam cleaned by a true professional, call Stanley Steemer (Jeff) and you wont be disappointed. CLASS ACT SERVICE!!!Thanks Jeff!
