Was told it was going to take an hour and the repairman was done after 15 minutes. He left all old molding in our car and trash in our car. He rushed through the job and now it is showing. The molding is completely coming off and we just had this done three days ago. Would not recommend whatsoever.

I went in and got an estimate for a windshield replacement and the woman at the desk was super sweet and helpful!!! She gave me a price and said use this claim number if you decide to come back and have us do the job. I went back the next week to have it done. This facility has been active on Concord Heights for many many years. They are on the northern side of Loudon Rd with a roadside sign that is easily visible from both directions. They provide an entire array of glazier services. They have everything from custom mirror installs to shower enclosures to auto windshields. They have clear glass, frosted glass, privacy glass. The staff is friendly & helpful. There is limited free parking & they have a waiting area inside with coffee for those who are waiting on a windshield. They will price match offers made by competing glaziers.

They were very friendly and gave me a great price to fix a crack in the windshield from a rock. They were quick and efficient and now I dont have to worry about it getting worse or replacing the windshield that I cant afford right now. I would recommend these guys to family and friends for sure.

They do great work, this was the 3rd window they put in on my 2004 Toyota Sequoia with 315,000 miles. Kaitlyn is friendly and is accurate with the time your car will be done. They also replaced the glass on a very old home window. Matches the other windows in the house perfectly

My car is my baby and I was so upset when a rock cracked my windshield. I called around - my auto insurance recommended SafeLite - but Portland Glass offered a windshield replacement for HUNDREDS less than SafeLite.When I called to set my appointment, they asked me more questions than their competition did - such as the size of the crack and what color tinting was at the top of my windshield. I could tell right off that they had options and that they were positioned to ensure that they could make my car brand new again. I appreciated the questions.No lie - they replaced my windshield in less than an hour. Their associates were super friendly, personable, and obviously interested in getting me back on the road again.This is the third time Ive needed glass repaired on one of my vehicles. This is the first time Ive used Portland Glass, and Im committed to using them again for all my glass needs. Loved my experience and thought they offer a lot more for a lot less. These guys are great I traveled from Bradford, they helpful, I left my car for the day at 8am I got a call at 11am your car is done. They came in at the price quoted fast quality service!

Change the the windshield, but broke both of my wipers and never told me about it pretty on bad of them because it started raining that day and I could not see a thing and I had to go and spend another $50 on wiper blades.
